Friendly family-run hotel in quiet location very close to rail stations and town centre.

Convenient for bus station and centre. Clean room, quiet. Pleasant staff, pleasant breakfast at a reasonable price.

Charged twice - apology and refund quickly but in cash. I realised after that I'll now incur a currency change charge on my card! Room too cold, tiny radiator only on briefly during the evening.

We were a bit leery when we drove up to the front of the hotel. The area is a little run-down looking because the economy of Ferrol has been depressed since the shipyard closed. However, the parking garage was secure and we felt safe once we walked around a bit. The hotel itself was fine inside. The price was amazingly low and the room was quiet and clean. It's a short walk to the ayuntamiento (city hall) and to shopping and restaurants in the downtown. It's a longer walk to the Navy yard, fish market, and to the Canido neighborhood (many murals painted on the walls of the buildings there)

The staff was great - very helpful and friendly.

Those little shampoo and body wash packets are hard to open!

Basic amenities. On a noisy street throughout the night.

Shower and bathroom were nice

Bed was horrible. Tv was useless. No fan or air flow

Clean and decent. Chosen for the proximity to the start of the Camino. Comfortable rooms.

No english spoken of course. Very poor breakfast.
