Great hotel, but our room lacks proper air-conditioning

The view from the room and the size of the room was great. The cleanliness did also meet our expectation. Breakfast is superb, i really liked the unconventional part of that.

We were staying on the top floor in apartment with 2 storey. Downstairs with a bath, kitchenette and a living room and upstair two bedroom and the second bathroom. The room upstairs don't have proper air-conditioning. Only in 1 room there is a mobile air-conditioning unit, but as being mobile you can choose cold or silent. So if you operate it you cannot sleep. The windows were portholes so opening the windows didn't help at all. If you stopped the AC unit, in some minutes the room became unbearable as from the walls the heat was just pouring. And as i said only one room was equipped with any kind of air conditioning, the other only had a simple fan. So the accommodation is great i can only recommend it the AC is not important, then choose a apartment which is not on the top floor.

There was kitchenette but it wasnt working and there was no pots or pans, also staff said that it isnt allowed to cook. So why there is electric stove and why it was written in page about electric kitchente?

To describe in one sentence, everything was perfect. To start with the room, it was spacious, very clean, lovely balcony and comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty, with good choice of food. Staff were attentive and really friendly. Located close to the old town. Overall the hotel is 10/10 and would return when in Budva.

Family of 3 in 1bedroom apartment

We had the 1 bedroom apartment and it was great for a family of 3. It had a small kitchen which was totally sufficient for us. It was super clean and we had a great view from the balcony. The location is also great, a short walk to the beach although we went mostly to Jaz beach by car. The staff are very nice and helpful. Bogdan is a gem!

Everything was really great although I would appreciate some more appliances in the kitchen.

An enjoyable stay in Budva

The staff was so friendly and helped us with our luggages, as well as a lot of information and tips! The room was spacious, clean and with a stunning view! The breakfast was rich in choices and the terrace was very cute as well!

We liked everything, but would have been nice to have soap at the bathroom for the hands, in the kitchen maybe some further accessories (to clean the dishes, to cook some basic food), and the check out time to be maybe a bit later (it was 10:00 AM).

Great option for solo traveler

My stay in the Villa Aria aparthotel was incredible. The staff was all lovely, the breakfast was amazing each day, and the beach is only a quick walk away.

Four nights in Budva

I liked the spacious room with a small kitchen, nice balcony with beautiful views to the city and Budva bay, new and luxurious facilities in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay, walk from old town, sea view, parking

Beautiful stay. room was exactly like on photos. completely new, nicely designed. all the building was in one tone. view on city and sea. Free parking in the building is always appreciated, bcs in the city you can have really problem to park. only short walk to the old city, beaches and promenade. but hotel is up the hill a bit (so just let you know). toilet with window. breakfast - fantastic ! they can seem smaller but there is very generous offer and quality. so tasty. lady is preparing tea and coffee from real coffee machine. and the price for stay was very reasonable. overall, we have feeling we want to return back and stay here again. very satisfied. thanks

Not really disadvantages, lets call it rather funny moments , and just please be careful with that: gps address, can be tricky, we had only offline maps and it sent us to different location in budva. so just get prepared before the stay exactly where it is. i called to reception and lady was very nice to help, just it can be really tricky. boiler. it is leaking a bit. not the problem but rather aks for small bin or something in case it starts bcs at first moment we thought we did something wrong, but it is just small technical issue with boiler

Excellent place for stay to enjoy Budva and Montenegro

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, close to the city exit by car, but also on a 10-minute walk from the promenade and beaches on the one side and the old city on the other. It is modernly decorated, very comfortable and clean. Although we were in the apartment, daily room service is available. The staff is excellent, especially Katarina and Damjan on reception as well as Vasilija in the restaurant. They are very helpful, available 24/7 for all tips and questions. Breakfast is amazing, it can't be described but should be tasted :) Overall, great value for money and I really recommend it!

Exceptional stay

We are family of four, with two teenage girls and stayed in Villa Aria for three nights. Hotel itself and service were beyond all our expectations. Facilities and equipment are new and clean, parking space provided, staff more than polite and helpful answering to our inquiries in the moment. What to say about breakfast, tasty, splendid, fresh, offering great choice. We recommend this hotel and especially the staff and would like to return again.

Wonderful stay at Montenegro.

We had a really nice stay at Villa Aria. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the receptionist Katja for the kind suggestions and help while renting a car. The room was cleaned up every day. The view from the balcony is just perfect. The breakfast was also delicious. Only positive vibes. :)

We had nice and big room with balcony and awesome view. Room was clean and bright. Stuff is also awesome. All of them can speak Russian and English, great communication.

Hotel is located on hill, so it's bit tricky to get to parking. But at least you can check your driving skills. it's not really an issue actually

Feels like home!

First of all, the staff (especially the girls:) at the hotel is so friendly, welcoming and helpful that the minute you say something, they already have the solution. The rooms of the hotel are comfortable, very clean and cozy. They change the towels and clean the room each day very thoroughly, so everything is super clean. I would really recommend to make a reservation with breakfast included in it. They have huge variety of the food each morning, everything very tasty (there are not lot of places to eat early morning in Budva). The location for us worked very well. It is not far away from the beach at all (7 minutes walk), but at the same time in a quite neighborhood (which we really appreciate, cause near the beach you will have constant noise). It’s a bit on the hill, though it was not the problem for us. At last but not at least, if you won’t have the car (better to have one btw), ask the hotel for airport transfer. It is cheaper and you will get more comfortable cars with nice drivers.
