Great property, very atmospheric. The room was clean and spacious with floor to ceiling windows and balcony. Located in the middle of a pretty historic village with lots of cafes and shops around, and within walking distance to the royal palaces.
The corridor floors near check in desk were very dirty. No elevator. No restaurant, but there is a coffee shop right outside.

Great location. Loved the privacy of the yard.
One of the front desk persons was not party

Location was nice
The facility on the ceiling kept blinking making it hard to sleep

Ground and location
Can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, erratic hot water in shower, air conditioning is too powerful

The best location and a lovely house. Singye in the reception is the best. Wonderful garden and terrace.
If you are a light sleeper you shouldnt take this house. You can hear everything between the room. The cleaning wasn’t good. The small queen size beds comes with a doublesized blanket and it costs extra if you want another blanket. And then you have to manage two really big blankets in a small bed. The airconditions were old and sounded a lot during night when it started and ended.

Location
Lack of microwave in the room or common area.
No restaurant.
Limited towels for a pricey stay.

Super friendly staff, amazing location

Very close to tourist attraction. Liked the balcony part of the room.
Small room. Lots of unnecessary cupboard space. Didn’t have the extras that other cheaper hotels had. It wasn’t a ryokan it was a regular hotel room. No breakfast or anything available at the property but there was a cafe next door that you could use. No lift in the property so had to carry suitcases upstairs.

Close to historical sites
Standard of accommodation was less than expected for the price.

The room was really clean and comfortable! You have everything you need there.
It wasn’t until I got there that I realized it wasn’t a hanok stay. Is a building next to a hanok. The Hanok is only the most expensive option. But the hanok is really nice to look at from the window. The coffee place is also public, not only for hotels guest. Not a bad thing per se, but also didn’t know that until my arrival.

The building from the outside it's really beautiful. The staff at the reception was helpful
To start, this is not Hanok, traditional style house. The description about the room was very misleading even deceiving. No wardrobe in the room, there was only two hangers on one little cabinet, we couldn't even fit in our jackets. There was no chairs in the room. Only two wall-sockets for the whole room, which one of them was for the television which I had to unplug every time I had to use the kettle. The other one was by the bed, with the fridge, phone and lamp plugged to it, so even to use the hair drier I had to unplug something. Room was very small, on one side of the bed there was hardly any space to walk around it. Also on our second day the room wasn't fully cleaned (they just took the rubbish). All in all considering how much they charge per night, I do not recommend anyone to stay in this place.

Beautiful suite and decor
Quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle.
History of the site and grounds.
Hot shower and bathtub.
Very modern fittings and luxurious.
A little too strict... e.g. would not allow early check in of 1 or 2 hours even when the room was empty.
For the suite, the neighbours could see directly into the room if the curtains weren't drawn.
The room was very modern and was more like living in a modern hotel.room rather thank a Hanok.

They didn’t provide breakfast so we had to find a restaurant but there weren’t many. At least they should have some suggestions.
There were strong smells of mold in the room. No closets. The security box didn’t work.
Worst of all, it was not Han -ok, traditional style house. The description about the room was very misleading even deceiving.
Only traditional style is the guest house.

well positioned for a visit to the Hanok area. Beautiful garden and traditional house in the garden.

There was no breakfast offered, very disappointing.
No coffee or drinks of any kind.
All of the above.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the hanok village. Convenience store across the street, their own café in the street, with terrace on the premises of the property. The room itself had an amazing patio/porch-like on the ground floor, overlooking the inner courtyard. It all looked very traditional, yet all new and modern, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Dim, warm lighting, the heat was on all the time, mid October was quite chilly in that period. Big bathroom, with all the amenities. Bed very comfortable. Made all my stay in South Korea! The staff was quiet and helpful when needed.
All was perfect, but that toilet was needlessly high tech and complicated. Not their fault though, those toilets are all over the country.

Beautiful buildings around peaceful gardens, with a private balcony to enjoy it all from.
Staff helpful in booking early morning airport taxi.
Overall, very nice place to stay.
Had an incident around 5.45pm one day where we got back to the hotel but were locked out, as our key cards for the external gates did not work, and there was noone answering the reception buzzer to let us in. Fortunately the manager of the cafe next door was able to let us in.

The typical house was a good experience, as was sleeping in the futton. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was nice.
The shower was not working properly. It was too strong and you couldn't control it. It was difficult to speak English with the staff. Overall it was a cool experience but a bit overpriced.

the location is great in the middle of the old town, but you won’t be staying in a old house.
the rooms are in a new building but they were comfortable and clean

I really like the location. Unlike Myeongdong or Hongdae, it's more residential area that at night is quiet. Just behind the hotel you can walk and enjoy the beauty of Bukchon Hanok Village. At first I was concerned that it is 10-min walk from metro station, but in reality you don't feel that far and the bus stop is right at the corner.
The staff are helpful and can communicate well in English. I was concerned that I needed to check out early morning. They told me to just drop the card at the reception desk and that's it. I didn't experience any issue.
- During my 3-night stay, there is no room make-up.
- There is no free bottled water and fridge in the room.
- I could hear the noise from the room next to me.

The reception staff all spoke English, and were helpful with directions and special requests. The location in the historic district was fantastic, as were easy walks to the subway and bus routes. Nearby were elegant and traditional shops, museums, cafes, and restaurants, including organic vegetarian food.
The only shortcoming was having to ask for more water bottles.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location is near many of the sites and in a fabulous neighborhood.

The staffs were extremely kind and that makes our journey comfortable.
It would be great if you can improve the call-taxi service that people who have no Kakaotalk App cannot call the taxi easily.
