We stayed for 4 days. Excellent stay and staff is very friendly and polite.
It's center for all near by location.

No stay, no cook and no breakfast
When I went there nobody was there. After I honked twice a person came and said coom is not there, power no there and room is not ready.
Due to heavy rains, the village road which leads to property in some places was covered with lake water. Not safe for travel in such situation.
The attendant suggested I stay somewhere else as it's risky and no food.
I did not stay.
If situation like this booking.com should make it unavailable for booking. I personally feel that this is not professional. I had to search of other hotels.

Nothing to Like here.. Place is very remote
Rooms is not maintained. Too many lizards and pests all over . Once we saw the room condition we decided to vacate .. Owner stopped picking our call and never refunded the amount.

This is an amazing property surrounded by forest. However, if you have your own vehicle it will be great because this place is bit away from Kumta centre (3-4 km). Staff is nice. Peace is everywhere.

Food has to be ordered from outside but the outside hotel fellow does not respond properly with exuberant rates for below average food. Also he says minimum order value should be 500. There r no nearby hotels to eat also.

Rooms were totally not like the picture ,were small and a bit untidy nd old perhaps , the photos and the room were totally not the same

Room is very big and good, water in washroom is good water (non- salty).
its difficult to go inside the lane without vehicle. For food it will be trouble without personal vehicle. fishing was mentioned on the website, its not available.

Beautiful and classic property. The service from Suresh is exceptional. They take care of guests very well. Definitely value for money.

caretaker mr. suresh was very polite and friendly. rooms was nice and clean. food was good and at reasonable price. surroundings was very clean and silent. stay is located in a very calm place.
little privacy issues were there. the ventilation in our bathroom was broken and it was visible from outside. we got the room in ground floor and the window curtains was very transparent.
