Very nice and can be recommended.

Food was very tasty. Host was very helpful. Hospitality was excellent.

Towels were old and rough. Need to be replaced with new and soft one.

Indeed a Homestay

The food was awesome. Just felt like home. Antonio along with his wife & children took utmost care of us. They are the best hosts one can ever get. Rooms were clean & maintained. The last 3 km stretch was the only hurdle that we faced. Apart from that everything was perfect. We enjoyed every bit of nature. We got to know about so many species of coffee & many other trees. All thanks to Antonio & his family for the wonderful stay. They made us feel like home.

Only the last 3km stretch to the homestay. If only that could be taken care of, it would be the best.

A good property need more care and attention

Freshly made food thats the only one thing made us happy in that stay. Location is very good but no options to enjoy it

We felt like the property is expecting only bachelors for their holidays. The furniture in the room is very poor quality, for example the springs inside the mattress will disturb you a lot in the night, Pillows were very old and dirty. We had to call the estate manager to request for new pillows. This estate property is really good but i feel its need proper maintenance and care with professionalism. Its placed inside a farm/estate but there is no proper plan for the guests to explore and enjoy the nature.

awesome stay with family, kids and elderly. loved the morning vibe of the place midst plantation.

Right in the midst of plantation, very peaceful and serene. Food was simple yet great, matched to our taste. Hosts were very helpful.

Blankets, Bedsheets looked a bit worn out otherwise ok.

Rooms: Not Maintained cleanly. Cockroaches are everywhere. Huge spiders will keep you awake all the time. Insects will keep us chasing them all the time. Bedspreads are something like the one you will find in hospital. Extra bedspread comes with a cost for Rs. 600 Food: Normal food, any rooms we book through booking.com is a default veg food as per the staff. Mr. Anthony was not present on the first day. There was a lady, who will make you feel that you will run away without paying. She will keep her face in such a way that you will want to just cancel the booking and leave that place.

Very good

We enjoyed the stay in this property. I would certainly recommend people to this property. It's located amidst coffee estate. It's quite and serene environment is something we really liked. Breakfast and dinner is good and delicious. Host Antony is an extremely nice guy who takes a keen interest in providing the best service to every customer.

Food was good and tasty. Staff was very polite friendly and welcoming but the property is not maintained well by the owner. Wall paints are very old and smells. It's damp. Also door locks don't work . Every time you have to call a staff to lock & unlock

Superb

The property was superb. The highlight of the entire stay was the hospitality from the care takers (Antony, his wife and two other ladies who gave a helping hand to Antony and his wife). All 4 of the care takers were very welcoming, friendly. The food was too good as well. During the 2 day stay we never missed home food. I would definitely recommend this place for tourists (specifically for families travelling with kids/infants). Thanks to Ashrith as well who owns this property. He was proactively in touch with me before our travel to keep me updated about the checkin, routes and so on. If I plan another trip to Madikeri in future, then I would definitely prefer to stay at this property again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also excellent. The rooms were very clean and the property is in the middle of the woods with greenery all around.

Very good

Lydia and Antony were lovely and available for anything that was required. The view from the property was amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable. Food was fantastic!

The approach road is quite bad (last 3km) but we were expecting that. It would also be nice to have some outdoor and indoor sporting equipment to keep everyone busy. We had a small toddler; she didn't have a lot of things to do apart from what we had already packed.

The approach to the location, nothing much can be done i guess. They can arrange a plantation tour of their estate.

We loved the home cooked food. The place was extremely clean and the people taking care were kindest we ever met. The coffee plantation is worth a stay if you want something out of the box.

Awesome stay

Clean facilities. Excellent cooking by Lydiana and Anthony. Both of them went above and beyond in meeting all our needs.

Leaky toilet tank ( Hopefully easily fixed) Noisy ceiling fans ( needs lubrication)

The location was amazing, food was superb and the hospitality was something commendable too. Very tasty homely food prepared by Antony and family. We got some extra items prepared on demand that was well over the expectation.

some part of the road to the stay is a bit rough though, which I least concerned about as long as everything else was great!

Food is exceptional!!! Loved the surrounding nature you just hear the birds crippling and the the sound of the breeze. Care takers are very friendly. Highly recommend
