Myself and my partner were incredibly grateful that the rooms were soundproof because otherwise your other guests would not have slept a wink.

Bathroom layout. Water flowed from shower into bathroom no matter how I tried for it not to.

great location for restaurants and RAC arena. also I always judge a room on the quality of the shower and it was a great shower with good stream of hot water. cleanliness and security of hotel was good too

The hotel was excellently located for our needs and there are plenty of shops and good food outlets that side of town. Parking is easy and roomy even for a 4x4 which was great. Rooms are a good size and a different layout which we found very convenient, breakfast is very good from the cafe, we will stay again.

Beds weren't overly comfortable but satisfactory, they had sunken in a bit and the pillows a bit big and hard if you sleep with 2 pillows. Food was awfully slow coming out of the Restaurant for a Friday night, granted an event was on but waiting over an hour for something simple wasn't good.

Mattress was very comfortable. Modern facilities. USB ports as well as power outlets. This hotel is situated perfectly. A short distance to Stables Bar and Durty Nelly's Irish bar. Subway sandwiches across the street. Many restaurants are also close by.

The shower head in our bathroom was supposed to be a rain shower and hand held. We couldn't get the handheld to work and I think the rain shower head had a bit of calcium build up as it seemed a bit clogged. The rooftop bar (although it has fantastic views) is only open to the public on Fridays. The other bar (also a great place) closes too early.

Beds are very comfortable, room is large with wonderful high ceilings. Bathroom is a bit small and needs more bench space however. Wonderful location

Bathroom needs more bench space and storage. We booked this hotel for the roof top bar but when we went to go up there it was closed for a private function. We were told by the receptionist that it is normally closed on a Saturday for private functions, this was VERY disappointing and we should have been told this.
