Very pleasant stay with easy access to places to eat and shops

Good location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The owner was very helpful and so were the staff. There was a garden to sit in and relax

For a couple who enjoy small, quiet hotels this was perfect.

Quiet area with very nice little garden. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good, though with limited choices, room was large and small patio area was quiet and a relief from the hustle and bustle. A short tuk tuk ride to C.P for approximately 30-40 inr.

There was nothing I disliked about the property. Some people may find the area at the other end of the street is too earthy but it’s India.

Good value for the money. We would stay at CP Villa again.

Our room was clean, fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. It was not difficult to reach from the Delhi Airport, taking the Airport Express train to Shivaji Stadium station, then a 15 minute walk to CP Villa. There is also easy access to the RK Ashram Metro station. Breakfast at CP Villa was fairly basic, but the hosts can recommend other dining options if that is your preference.

We would have taken advantage of a larger breakfast menu if it had been available

Very hospitable family hotel, many thanks to Amit for the accommodation and the solutions for all our questions, individual approach and pleasant conversations. Rooms are very clean, there is everything you need - toiletries, towels, kettle, tea, water, nice individual terrace for each room. The hotel is located in a very quiet place for Delhi, you come here and relax. Nice place for meditation. There is a beautiful lawn with lots of plants, friendly dog.

CP Villa in Delhi is a wonderful bed & breakfast with a great staff and location!

We loved our stay at CP Villa in Delhi. Our host Amit was wonderful and so was the property manager Vipin who was very helpful. I had packages delivered before we arrived and my cousin said Amit was very kind and made sure that the items were received and left in our room. It was lovely to stay at a bed and breakfast in India and it exceeded our expectations. The location is awesome, a good neighborhood in a good location and we will highly recommend it to friends and family and would definitely stay again.

It's incredibly quiet which is GREAT but the birds and other animals can get loud at night. Not all night long, but just a heads up... If you can sleep thru nature sounds then no problem, but bring earplugs just in case. This is just a tip and NO reflection on CP Villa or its staff.

Decent place to stay in the centre of Delhi

The place was conveniently situated in a location close to Connaught Place (approx 15 minute walk) which is one of the main shopping areas in Delhi. There are local shops and restaurants in the vicinity as well, however more cautious travellers may choose to go further to find an eating place. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area considering that it is not far from the hustle of the main city area. You'll hear some birds in the morning but luckily few cars beeping their horn. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was a choice of omelette or rice along with instant coffee or tea (which is freely available in the room). The room itself was generous size and included a semi-private patio area for sitting.

The rooms were not that clean and I had higher expectations considering the price and the rating this property has on Booking.com. The room look tired and had crumbs on the couch when we arrived. Each time we entered the room we were hit with a musty smell that we needed to get rid of my leaving the door open and turning on the fans. One thing also to note is the extra "bed" is a foam mattress which is placed on the floor. I initially had paid extra to fit an extra guest however the person could not sleep low on the ground (not to mention the mattress blocked the room entrance). Worthwhile noting that they were not cleaning the room unless you asked. Even so, they were happy to do this on request.

we went 1 .15pm still room not ready they asked wait some more time. actully they need to give by 12.30pm room size also very small we paid 8200 because of good rating by site abslutly its not worth . last month we visited sunstar hotel piad 2900 its very much better than this. manger also not respond properly totally very bad expierince

Very good

good peaceful location

we weren’t able to book a taxi from or to the airport with the property. getting a pre paid cab from the airport was easy but we had an early morning check in at the airport before our flight home, we were advised to book an Uber reservation, which we did, but 10 mins before pick up the driver cancelled and it showed no drivers available. after some time we managed to find another driver but not what you need before a fight home. all other hotels we stayed at had drivers they used and couldn’t book in advance.

Sanctuary in Delhi

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble and they always responded quickly The breakfast was authentic and delicious. The location was perfect, like a little sanctuary in a chaotic city

Well worthy for location

We like that the property was located in a quiet area, but still close to what we needed. The guy taking care of the property was really nice and welcoming, as well as the owner.

Rooms are outdated compared to the photos on Booking. Breakfast altough freshly prepared was limited, so don’t expect a huge buffet.

The place is a hidden gem. It is very central yet it is tucked away in a quiet street.

The room was very convenient and tastefully furnished and equipped with everything I needed. the patio had real plants and it would have been nice to sit in it but it was too cold. The owner was very helpful and breakfast was great.

While the cleanliness of the room was generally acceptable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean, the floor, walls and furniture had some long standing dirt spots.

Enjoyed our stay at the great located CP Villa.

Location, beautiful garden, and also very friendly and owners who helped tremendously when my sister got ill. The kitchen staff was also amazing in making meals for our 8 month old baby daughter.

The room was not very clean, quite dusty.

It was in a quiet location about 10 mins from connaught place. The lobby needs some updating but the rooms Were clean and the bed was so comfy. AMIT was a great host and was always available to help .

Charming hotel, a quiet and green street in a busy neighbourhood. Very close to Connaught Place. Lovely garden and terrace where you can take breakfast. Comfortable room with AC and a small private patio.
