Located in Guia, this lovely villa for $377 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful detached villa located in the village of Vale de Parra (close to Albufeira), with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa has a private pool, WiFi, TV and DVD player, air conditioning and is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a home from home experience. Villa Laranjeira is wonderfully situated for you to enjoy easy access to local restaurants, wonderful golf courses, supermarkets, stunning beaches and the Algarve Shopping centre. Villa Laranjeira living space is spread mainly over two floors. The ground floor has no steps and so is fully accessible. The ground floor consists of living room, kitchen, utility room, dining room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with bath and shower over bath. The private pool (which can be heated for an additional weekly fee) and garden area are accessed directly from the living room or kitchen and again there are no steps. Stairs lead to the first floor which consists of three double bedrooms (one of which are en suite and also have access to a balcony which overlooks the pool, garden, terrace and BBQ area). There is also a main family bathroom with large bath and overhead shower. Stairs lead from the first floor to the upper floor where you will find a roof terrace to enjoy beautiful views to include a sea view! From the ground floor stairs lead down to the basement where you will find a fully equipped snooker room and bar area. Villa Laranjeira is gated and has parking for up to four cars. Villa Laranjeira is located within the quiet neighbourhood of Vale de Parra, close to Guia and Galé, but with easy access to local amenities. Local coffee shops, restaurants and mini market is only a 5 min walk and the closest beach, Praia da Galé is only 1.8km (5 min drive). The stunning beaches of Praia do Evaristo and Praia dos Arrifes are both within 5km. The airport is only a 35 min drive. For golf lovers, you are spoilt for choice as Salgados is less than 1km. A little further afield are a host of other courses such as Amendoeira, Pine Cliffs or Balaia as well as the courses of Vilamoura (approx 30 min drive). For a choice of nightlife Albufeira Old Town or strip are only a 5 min drive away where you will find restaurants and bars aplenty. Vilamoura is only a 30 min drive where you will find a beautiful marina, surrounded by exquisite restaurants. Local attractions such as Aqualand, Zoomarine, Crazyworld and numerous vineyards are no more than a 10-15 min drive away. All areas of the villa, except the maid's store and garage, are fully accessible to guests. As hosts, we are fully contactable however, we also employ the services of a local management company who are on hand to help with enquiries/problems and are also able to purchase discounted tickets for local attractions and make taxi reservations or airport transfers.

Beautiful place to stay.

Myself and 6 other gents booked this villa to stay for 3 days. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get to from the airport. We had a little difficulty finding the main office but that was solved with a quick phone call. The villa was clean and very spacious and the pool area was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely re-visit with our families and even again with the same group. All in all I rate this a 11/10

Great spot. Very clean. Easy communication with owner. Lots of space for two families. Backyard/pool was great. Quick walk to few small restaurants. A car would be recommended to get to various beaches.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived earlier than anticipated and were delighted to find we were still welcomed. When we arrived at the villa we were pleasantly surprised to find it looked better in real life than the pictures which did it no justice. The rooms were very immaculately presented and maintained. The kitchen was stocked with every item we needed from a toaster to plastic cups for the poolside. The pool! Lovely! Great depth and really refreshing on those hot days when we needed to cool down. There were sun loungers and an umbrella so whether you wanted to sit out in the sun or enjoy a bit of shade, everything was covered. Towels were provided as we're extra blankets and pillows which came in handy when we were wrapped up in front of the TV in the front room. Everything was thought about at this villa which meant that we didn't need to pack bulky items such as a travel iron, hair dryers, even towels. There were even maps and brochures for local attractions and take away food. We walked to a cafe most mornings for breakfast (the one on the roundabout run by a local husband and wife who were extremely welcoming with great food!) And could also walk to Aldi which was close by along with a local pharmacy. All in all, the location was great although we could have quite easily not left the villa! Lovely villa with wonderfully accomodating owner and staff. Easiest booking I've had before and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Can’t rate this villa highly enough. It was exactly as advertised and felt a lot more spacious than we were expecting. Michelle was so helpful leading up to our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed whilst in Portugal. The villa is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk into the local village where they have a big Aldi and some small local restaurants, perfect if you don’t have a hire car. Taxi into albuferia only takes 10 minutes for €10-15. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to stay at the villa again if I was in the area. Thanks Michelle.

We had a lovely experience at the villa, which was clean and tidy and very close to local attractions, beaches and shops/ restaurant. The place was child friendly and the pool was an added bonus. The stay would have been 101% if the internet speed was better and the TV larger. 😀

We visited the villa as a group of 8 girls, so were a little worried about security and location of the villa. Michelle didn’t mind answering all our questions before the stay to put our minds at ease. The house is very secure with friendly locals around to help. The villa it’s self was very clean. The pool and garden area was picturesque. Very close to everything in town and walking distance from the shops. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This is a Lovely villa, in a great location, not too far if you want to go to busy Albufeira but within a lovely little area with its own bars, restaurants and conveniences. Both couples were a little apprehensive about talking our young children away (9 month, 3 and 5 year olds) but the way Michelle was always available whilst planning our holiday, helping with any silly little query, helped ease our fears and ultimately, as the title says, led to the best family holiday. All that remains to be said is thank you!

La localisation est idéale et centrale pour les visites. Environnement calme. Maison bien agencée nous étions à huit, les 4 salles de bains étaient les bienvenus. Le Service nettoyage et remplacement des serviettes durant le sejour était très apprécié. Piscine très grande et agréable. Propriétaire toujours disponible et très réactif bien que étant dans un autre pays. Merci Michelle

Such a stunning villa in a beautiful location which is walkable to local amenities (which include a number of shops, bars and restaurants) and is also a short car journey into Albufeira. The villa itself is so spacious and decorated beautifully. The outdoor area and pool are lovely and the sunshine’s in the area all day long. The thing which made it perfect for me and my family was the home from home experience. Upon arrival there were essentials already stocked up in the cupboard and fridge which I thought was such a lovely guesture. Also Michelle was on hand whenever I needed her advice before and during our stay replying promptly and making me feel at ease throughout the whole process... I will definitely be returning! Honestly cannot recommend enough!

We had a great holiday at this villa. Really clean, roomy and well equipped. The pool was fabulous and not over looked. The area was nice with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and Albufeira is just a short drive away.
