The hotel is right off the promenade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within blocks of the hotel. Very safe to walk around at night. There are parking garages within walking distance of the hotel, if there is no space at the property. Easy walk to old town.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend modernisiert werden. Das Bad war absolut renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sauber. Leider haben wir dies aufgrund der späten Anreise jedoch erst am Folgetag feststellen müssen. Die abgewetzte Couch im Eingangsbereich geht gar nicht, dieser ist ferner lieblos eingerichtet.

The hotel is nicely located not too far from the beach and very close to the large conference center (Palacio Miramar). The area of the city is more peaceful then old town, but old town is accessible by nice walk at seaside or by bus. The staff of the hotel is helpful and friendly. During my 2 weeks stay I was living in three rooms: single (3rd flor), double (3rd flor) and double superior (7th flor). The last of them was most expensive but certainly worth the money, with large terrace, beautiful view on the sea and the city. Me and my wife were enjoying stay there. The double room was OK, but nothing particular. Clean and correct. The single room at 3rd flor was suffering problems with ventilation and bad smell was coming from the toilet. Anyhow, the hotel was nice and I would recommend it.

Great location as it is close to the beach. Easy access to the old town by a short taxi ride.

The wifi is so slow as if there is no wifi available. We had to use our mobile phone roaming.

The location is perfect for walking along La Concha to the old town or taking the bus. Parking great and important to us. Excellent breakfast!

Located on the main road into town, easy walk to anywhere. We got an upgrade for an additional 20.00€ per night - excellent value! We were on the top floor, away from traffic, with a great view of the harbour. The room was huge, with a superb king size bed. Breakfast was great, also good value. A nice selection of hot and cold, with fruit and good coffee.

Our room was at the end of the upper floor, so the Wifi was struggling. But a small price to pay for such a great room. There is no bespoke adjacent parking, the hotel car park is a short walk and quite expensive at 19€ per day. It was full anyway, which turned out fortunate as we found a spot on the road opposite the Hotel for 3.15€ a day! You just have to remember to renew your ticket daily...

Room given was better than what we had booked. Rooms with terrace are too small and no view , the room with King bed had a very nice view. Breakfast is fine. The lady who cleans the rooms is the best person we have had in years, she is wonderful. The lady in charge of the reception is very good! And also a very nice gentleman at night when we arrived was excellent.

Unfortunately we sent clothing to the laundry and eventhough they said they would return the washed clothes the same day, they did not and it was a big hassle to get the clothing back next day. It was the day of departure for us, the feeling was that the man at the reception did not care and the young man who was supposed to bring the clothes did not worry and we almost lost our transport that morning. The coffe shop at the hotel is not so nice eventhough it looks clean, we will avoid going there next time, the lady in charge was not friendly at all.

Great location! Close to everything but in a quiter and greener part of the town. Lot's of restaurants and bars and supermarkets around. Clean, spacious room, good bed, great bathroom.

Shower booth could be bigger. Rooms facing back street could be noisy when garbage collectors do their job at 5 am.
