The lobby was architecturally beautiful and spacious. Though the place has a casino, it didn't appear to intrude into the calm and peace it exuded. High ceilings and toned down lighting muted the feel of a busy day. Friendly and quietly efficient staff made it hum like a well-run place.
Lobby seats in front of the reception area are mostly uncomfortable. They are too wide giving the impression they're only meant for exceedingly tall guests and not the average sized ones. Leaning back into the seats are simply not possible unless one raises his/her legs and pushes all the way back.

They went extra mile in giving us what we need making my Mom's Birthday more memorable. Staff were also commendable, especially Ms Triszh.

Rooms were spacious and AC was very cold.
Location is good and accessible to destinations in Clark.
In-room dining service had good selection and service.
The security guards were not helpful and rude, seemed like they didn't care about the convenience and their guests at all; this is based on multiple entry points, not just one.
The checkin process (parking / baggage unloading) was a disaster and frustrating at the same time.
The place lacked directional signages that lead to (yet again), an encounter with the security guards.
The management thinks that they can just offer a buffet voucher for our horrible stay experience, after sending them a direct email about detailed events that happened during our stay. Very poor way of handling.

the facility is so japanesque i love it. the bed is super comfy. the staff are so friendly. there's a walking distance convenience store just across.
the breakfast was ok but it's missing an omelette station.

Not all restaurant staff are friendly. Parking area is far from the building (need to take a golf cart to reach the parki g area) since basement parking is limited to VIP customers only

Great customer service. Attentive and homey.
Not clean. Tub outside was dusty. Balcony had dusty cobwebs. Curtains are dirty. Bathroom not well planned out, water seeping from shower to common bathroom area.
Great hotel overall but I put a premium on cleanliness, not great in that aspect.

Please do not book in this hotel. It is 100% unreliable and bad hotel customer services we ever had. This was the very horrible experience for my parents anniversary.
I booked for my parents anniversary as my presents for them but end up unhappy. The room that was given to them was not the one exactly on the room photos that I booked. I booked the two beds for them but ended up in the room where the 2 beds were sticking next to each other that they were reasoning out that there was no available room. How come I had the booked in here where as you will say to me that there was no room available.
This is a 100% false advertisement and I believe I should not be paying and charged for not giving the room that I booked for my parents. it is your responsibility to provide what we have been paying.
