Contracting conditions: The reservation requirements for this Villa are: July and August is only available for 7 consecutive days (one week), entering on Saturdays after 4:00 p.m., and leaving the villa before 11:00 a.m. The rest of the year the minimum reservation is 3 days, entering and leaving the villa at the same times. Reservations or stays for groups of young people in which there are young people under 25 years of age are not allowed, unless there is a person in charge of the group over 27 years of age. Pets are not allowed.During the stay in the villa, an employee of the property will work in maintenance and garden work, having its annexed dependencies within the villa. 24h reception Charges: Booking fee 29 € Bed linen (per person) 15 € Baby cot (per week) 25 € High season: JUly and August, minimum nights for stay - one week. Deposit (must be paid in cash on arrival): 1000 € Services included: Hot Water High-speed Internet (Wi-Fi)

I booked for 14 people and everyone was over the moon with the villa. I was aware we were a slightly younger group to what they were used to but provided we respected the rules of the house, everything went really well. We had a fantastic time. One of the bathrooms was a little bit mouldy so I knocked one star off cleanliness for that, but otherwise couldn't fault the place. It had everything we needed and wanted. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Our Company had the most wonderful time at villa Maricel. Fantastic location, amazing view, well equipped house and the nicest host, Jaume.
We will definitely come back.

Superb property with excellent amenities. Pool was great, very well equipped and very comfortable.
Two downsides. Big hill on way back from town/beach. Ok for younger members of the group but a struggle for oldies. Lack of aircon in bedrooms was tough in 35 degree heat. Overall though an excellent venue.

This villa was the right place to spend a nice long weekend with those you love. Well located, amazing views, and with room for a big group like us. We will repeat next year!

This villa was perfect for our large family gathering and with Jaume, who was very relaxed about everything, close at hand to answer all questions everything went smoothly. I guess one criticism would be that it was not possible to sit everyone down in one place for a meal but we managed.
The location is quiet and the views are wonderful. There is a steep but fairly short (15 min) walk into town where the bars and restaurants are. But to be honest we found it to be easier (and certainly cheaper) to cater for ourselves. (Although we did have some great pizzas delivered one night). Would happily return if the occasion arises.

Perfect for big family gathering
The perfect location and size for a big family gathering! We came from all across the world to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was amazing! Lots of rooms, beds, towels and amenities. The only “issue” is that it’s a bit dated, and not as luxurious as expected- the kitchen is old, the sofa and patio furniture were not comfortable at all. Some toilets were leaking. With small cosmetic changes it will be AMAZING. (And maybe out of our budget:)

Fijn verblijf
Zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Ook de beheerder was zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Alleen jammer dat we de beheerder niet konden bereiken bij het inchecken en daardoor een kwartier voor de poort hebben moeten wachten.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben - einfach toll. Wir hatten 5 Tage lang sehr viel Spaß und haben es sehr genießen können. Gute Lage und toller Ausblick!

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Ruime villa om 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Muy linda casa, tiene el tamaño ideal para mucha gente y la posibilidad de que cada uno haga sus actividades o bien juntarse todos. A pocas cuadras de la vía ferrata de la cala del molí (recomiendo)
Atención excepcional en el check in, check out, y durante la estadia.
