Nestled in Port de Pollensa, this charming villa for $429 per night is a great option for your next break. Villa Ca'n Singala is well located in the exclusive residential area of Can Singala, an excellent place for vacation rental, just 2 minutes from the sea, in Puerto de Pollensa. The center of the port is a comfortable 20-minute walk through the famous pinewalk next to the sea, passing bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Here you can find a wide variety of things to do; recommending you try the candle in Mallorca. In the house you enter, through its garden, a large lobby, on the right is the comfortably furnished living room, which has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player, overlooking the garden and with doors to the summer lounge , which is located on a paved terrace covered by a white awning. On the left is the winter dining room, which comfortably seats 8 people overlooking the garden. At the end of the spacious lobby on the right, there is a well-equipped kitchen access door with a breakfast unit with a table / bar, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, hob and microwave. Next to the kitchen is an additional storage room (pantry). The outside kitchen doors open to the paved outside dining room, which seats up to 12 people, for outdoor meals under bougainvillea. This beautiful area overlooking the pool and garden allows the supervision of children (the pool area can also be fenced at your request). In the entrance area, on the left, and through a separation door, you access a lobby that leads to 3 rooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom is accessed from the breakfast area. In total 8 people can sleep + 2 babies. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and have ceiling fans for your comfort. Outside the villa there is a garden with lawn, spacious and well equipped terraces and a nice pool with a Roman staircase. Ca'n Singala has the advantage of an ideal location in a residential area, but close to all the amenities of Puerto de Pollensa. It is a great option for a family holiday in Mallorca, with children and / or seniors.

A family-friendly house, so close to the sea and pine tree walk. The house is spacious and comfortable. Lovely garden: shaded when you need it, multiple seating areas and chairs/loungers. Ample seating and crockery for an outside feast. The pool area is fenced off and has lovely views up to the hills. We took wetsuits as the pool is unheated. Teresa, the housekeeper, and the handyman were attentive and helpful. Organising key collection was easy. We needed the extra blankets (provided) during the first few nights. Just a minor thing - an extra set of keys would have been useful. We hope to return some time soon! Mucho gracias.

#57 is less than a 5 minute walk to the airport shuttle bus stop. Also only a 5 minute walk from the Pine Walk by the sea. The Villa has a super pool and a choice of outside sitting areas. Plenty of parking if needed. A supermarket is only a ten minute walk away. We are a family of 7 who would not have to think twice about booking again.

We were a group of 2 families, 8 people in total. Positives were the pool and garden which were both a good size, the pool is very deep which our children (all over 10 yrs) really enjoyed but perhaps not ideal for very young children. The location is good as very close to the pinewalk, there is also a great cafe and store less than 10 minutes walk. The owner and housekeeper were very responsive and checking in and out was really easy. The only slight negatives were the lack of a bbq at the villa and a lack of bedding in some rooms.

Lovely traditional villa in good quiet location for the beach/walking to town. Not your modern apartment but it is just what we like! No air conditional but ceiling fans. No wi-fi but we were looking to get away from it all! The garden and pool are beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and when we needed extra towels or to fix the blown fuse, the housekeeper was very quick to respond! Would visit again!

The check in process went to plan and we were met by the housekeeper who was very helpful throughout our stay. The villa is charming in a peaceful neighbourhood. The garden is well maintained and has plenty of seating d for 8 people and we all enjoyed relaxing around the pool. Thank you to the owner Senor Redondo.

This rental was absolutely perfect for us. We had a great week. The rooms are big, spacious and well equipped, the pool was brilliant for cooling off in the afternoon and it’s close to the beach and the Illador. We will definitely be booking again soon.
