The view was great and the sunset was amazing. The inside restaurant was nice.

The owner is rude and dodgy. Demanded payment in cash but there was no one to pay it to. Spent 2 days chasing him up to pay and after suggesting payment via PayPal or Western Union he became agitated and nasty and told me he had reported me to Booking.com and the local authorities for not paying. He then sent a random women to come collect the cash and threatened me if I didn't pay. All I tried to do for 2 days was pay. The bathroom was so small you can barely even get in it. The apartment needs severe maintenance. No air conditioning.

6th floor- excelent view. Nice beach. Fully equiped including two heaters which we needed. To learn spanish before going there would have been a great Idea as nobody there speaks anything but spanish. But we made it. No problem.

We we're there end of summer and it was rather cold in the evening. Probably because the sun shines at the balcony rather late. Furniture and facilities are definitely used. Pool was pretty cold (for Austrians ;-) )

Location is fantastic. Roberto who checked us in was friendly.

The apartment was not clean, stains on bedsheets, towels, walls, sofas, and carpet. No WIFI in the apartment. Maybe a group of young people won't mind, but we didn't care for it.
