The backyard is very good with swimming pool and walk into beach. Host and other staff. They are good and cooperative.

At the time of booking Breakfast was included but later they sent a message saying no breakfast. Property is old. Old fans in the middle of huge rooms while your beds are far off. They claim airconditioned villa which is a big lie. One huge room on first floor has a 1 Ton gas lacking partially working AC. No writing desks, no toiletries, no towel racks, no mirrors, beds/towels stinking with old smell, locks/latches does not work, In one sentence a very good place wasted by poor management. Google locations are wrong. Property has a sign board "28 Friends" and we went around for VCG.

Breakfast was good, staff was very understanding and provided a really good breakfast.

It has a beautiful garden & helpful staff

The air conditioners don’t work , geysers don’t work , WiFi doesn’t work You cannot have a shower as water comes in a trickle Staff weren’t informed we were coming .. so no cleaning done too
