Appartamento pulito e super fornito,il giardino era il Top ,cenare li alla sera era una vera coccola.Luigi e Maria Teresa molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole abitare proprio in centro ma nello stesso tempo stare tranquillo.

Très bon accueil de Luigi et Marie-Teresa. Bel appartement avec terrasse dans un jardin très agréable pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner après la journée de visites ou de plage. Emplacement idéal pour parcourir le nord-ouest de la Sardaigne. Luigi et Marie-Teresa sont très disponibles pour répondre à nos différentes interrogations.

Luigi et Marie-Thérèse sont des gens très accueillants et à l'écoute de leurs hôtes, ils prodiguent d'excellents conseils pour visiter la région. La propriété est très propre et le petit jardin en plein centre ville très agréable. Leur accueil chaleureux, avec délicieux petits gâteaux, a été particulièrement appréciable. Nous recommandant sans aucun doute.

Luigi et son épouse sont vraiment très accueillants, ils ont pris le temps de nous parler de leur region et nous donner de très bons conseils. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Sa situation, à Porto Torres, nous a permis de decouvrir la belle region du nord-ouest de la Sardaigne.

Para empezar, los propietarios se portaron muy bien con nosotros, viajábamos mis hijos y yo, me ayudaron a situarme en Porto Torres y me informaron de lugares a visitar y que transporte podía coger para hacerlo ya que no viajábamos con coche. La casa es grande, tiene una habitación y un sofá cama en el comedor; la cocina esta bien equipada y tiene salida a una terracita donde poder relajarte, leer un libro o cenar. Tanto mis hijos como yo estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa y tanto el propietario como su esposa fueron unos fantasticos anfitriones.

Vacanza magnifica grazie anche alla gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari Luigi e Maria Teresa. Appartamento accogliente e ben tenuto. Porto Torres è un posto strategico per raggiungere in pochi minuti luoghi spettacolari. Non conoscevo questa zona della Sardegna, sicuramente ci tornerò.

L'appartement de Luigi et de Maria Teresa est situé en centre ville dans un petit immeuble au rez-de-chaussée. D'une propreté irréprochable, il dispose d'un agréable jardin et se trouve à proximité des commerces, notamment d'une très bonne boulangerie proposant des spécialités sardes. Même s'il ne dispose pas de parking, nous n'avons jamais eu de difficulté à trouver une place soit dans la rue devant l'immeuble ou sur la petite place située à 2 pas. Luigi et Maria Teresa sont des hôtes très gentils. Luigi, qui parle très bien français, saura vous donner de nombreux conseils pour visiter la région et nous remercions également Maria Teresa pour les délicieux petits gâteaux qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée.

Siamo stati una settimana e siamo stati accolti dai proprietari con estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e cordialità. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è in un'ottima posizione. Molto bello lo spazio esterno dove poter mangiare e passare qualche minuto in relax. Perfetto per una coppia. Estremamente soddisfatti.

Séjours merveilleux, les propriétaires sont des hôtes trés accueillants et d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Nous avons partagés d'excellents moments et cela restera inoubliable. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 20/06 al 04/07 una famiglia 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi. Appartamento pulito dotato di tutto senza necessità di doversi portare nulla . La casa è fresca e ventilata anche senza climatizzatore e garantisce una buona qualità del sonno. Proprio a voler essere pignoli, unico neo è il bagno un po' piccolino . Vero punto di forza di questa sistemazione è la posizione : centrale ma tranquilla, con un bel giardino"nascosto" fresco e ombreggiato. Punto di partenza ideale per visitare le splendide zone nei dintorni. Una menzione speciale però va alla famiglia Patorno , Luigi e Maria Teresa che ci hanno riservato una bellissima accoglienza fatta di tante piccole attenzioni . Con discrezione e gentilezza ci hanno dato tante informazioni che hanno reso ancor più bella la nostra vacanza. In definitiva mi sento di consigliare vivamente questa sistemazione anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Con l'occasione faccio ancora i complimenti a Luigi e Maria Teresa .....se capiteremo torneremo di certo.

L'alloggio è esattamente come in foto:carino, ordinato, pulito e confortevole; non manca niente e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili, facendo uno strappo alla regola e consentendoci di portare il nostro gatto che ha dei problemi di salute. La casa si trova in posizione centrale ed è comodissima per raggiungere a piedi bar, ristoranti, porto e mini-market. Abbiamo apprezzatto tantissimo il giardino e le delizione crostate della signora Maria Teresa; consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare qua...noi sicuramente torneremo!

Posizione ottima per raggiungere i migliori itinerari come Stintino,Alghero e Castelsardo.L'immobile molto curato nei dettagli e soprattutto molto pulito e ordinato, Luigi e Maria Teresa sono stati molto disponibili ed hanno curato ogni dettaglio.Speriamo di ritornare presto e consigliamo vivamente questa location!

Ormai da Maria Tersa e Luigi siamo di casa. A mio marito e me piace tornare da loro, per la sempre ottima accoglienza e per la tranquillità che ci dà sapere di avere tutto a portata di mano. L'appartamento è sempre pulitissimo e perfettamente accessoriato e la sua posizione vicinissima al centro città consente di fruire di tutti i servizi. Tutto è agevolmente raggiungibile a piedi e anche il lungomare è vicinissimo e fare una passeggiata la sera e godere delle specialità offerte dai molti locali è molto piacevole, specialmente dopo aver trascorso una giornata nelle splendide spiagge delle vicinanze. Quest'anno Maria Teresa e Luigi ci hanno consigliato la visita ad un agriturismo nelle vicinanze di Sorso, a pochi km da casa, dove abbiamo gustato un'ottima cena tipica sarda accompagnata da profumatissimi vini sullo sfondo dello splendido golfo dell'Asinara. Non posso che ringraziarli per la sempre squisita ospitalità con la certezza di tornare

ormai sono svariate volte che mio marito ed io scegliamo la casa di Maria Teresa e Luigi per un soggiorno in Sardegna. I proprietari sono sempre gentili e premurosi. L'appartamento è in ottimo stato per comfort e pulizia e perfettamente accessoriato. Il giardino offre la possibilità di godere di fresco relax dopo una giornata di mare; la città consente di fare piacevoli passeggiate sul lungomare e ci sono molti locali dove sostare per un aperitivo, una pizza o una cena più impegnativa. Quest'anno i nostri ospiti ci hanno consigliato un agriturismo dove gustare un'ottima cena con specialità sarde accompagnate da vini profumati facilmente raggiungibile da Porto Torres. Questa parte della Sardegna ci piace molto per la varietà dei paesaggi e la possibiltà di raggiungere posti fra loro molto diversi sempre seguendo i consigli di Luigi sull'indicazione dei luoghi migliori da frequentare tenendo conto dell'esposizione ai venti che spesso rinfrescano le calde giornate sarde.

We can just write an excelent review to this house. It's really clean, nice furniture and it includes everything you need. It has a really nice garden where we relaxed in the sun. Luigi and M.Teresa are really kind and they gave us usefull informations we needed about the city, reataurants, beaches and what we could visit around. When we arrived we found some homemade sweets on the table, and they made us taste their homemade mirto and limoncello. We will suggest this appartment to our friends and to who wants to go to Porto Torres. We had a really nice holiday here! Een proper huis, mooie meubels waarbij alles aanwezig was dat je nodig hebt. Aan het huis is er een mooie tuin waar we kunnen genieten van de zon. Luigi en M.Teresa zijn zeer vriendelijke en gastvrij. Ze verschaften alle informatie over restaurants, stranden en bezienswaardigheden van en rond de stad porto torres. Bij onze aankomst waren er zelfgemaakt sardijnse zoetigheden en konden we hun zelfgemaakte mirto en limoncello proeven. Ik raad dit appartement aan voor iedereen die naar Porto Torres wil gaan. Wij hadden alvast een heel mooie vakantie daar!
