The whole fmly who run this hostal are very friendly & hospitable especially Veronica. She not only answers all my questions but also helps me to book a room in Cuenca. The room is clean daily & fresh towel change everyday. It always smells nice inside the room. The dining room with the waterfall view is the best. Hostal is near the center but very quiet.
Everything is good. Totally recommended.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful! The breakfasts were delicious and very reasonable! They were so efficient in doing our laundry! Loved the location, close to the thermal baths, waterfall, restaurants, etc. A very walkable location to everything! Cleaned our room on a daily basis. The price was very reasonable.
That they didn't accept credit cards so everything had to be paid in cash.
That we had to pay to use the hot tub.

The hostel is in a really good location, right beside the thermal baths and only 2 minutes walk from one of the main squares.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. We were also provided with fresh towels every day.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and the blanket was quite itchy.
If these were addressed, then our review would've been much higher as the location was perfect and staff were lovely.

This is such a nice place to stay at! It is beautiful with loads of paintings on the wall and plants everywhere. The people are incredibly helpfull with anything you might want or need. The breakfast is cheap, very plentiful and so delicious! Also it is next to the thermal baths. It is called a hostel but it is very quiet en serene. Great place to stay

Great location central to a lot of stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean facilities and overall a pleasant stay!
No on-site laundry. This is not a problem as the laundry service was quick and reliable, just important to know for planning purposes!

The location is great and quiet. Beautiful View. Everything you need you will find there. Lovely and super friendly staff! Enjoyed my stay

nice spacious room and nice roof terrace. everything was clean.
no free water or coffee. the kitchen was used by the staff in the morning. we could cook our eggs there but it was a little uncomfortable. It might depend on the time that we were staying there but not a very social hostel.

This place is great and great value for money. I had a lovely room with a balcony looking at the waterfall. I had read in some reviews that wifi was weak in rooms and no hot water, this was not true for me, the WiFi was great in the room and I had lovely hot showers. I would really recommend this place and its at the edge of town so away from the noise and just across from the thermal baths.

Location was convenient to everything, helpful staff. Liked our balcony, enjoyed watching the birds in the flowering bushes
Booking.com said pool towels would be available but they weren't. No iron available.

The rooms were large, the waterfall verandah was beautiful and it was super close (2 min walk) to the termas hot baths. Highly recommend going at night. Everyone is the hostel was awesome.

Couldn't recommend it more. Incredible value for a spacious, clean room with balcony and shower. Very friendly staff who were always around to help. The on site spa is great and good value too, and the location is ideal.

Good location, with everything within walking distance. Very friendly staff and beautiful lookout of the window of our room. Even a small balcony to sit on.
The hostel is a little noisy, you can hear the restaurant and other guests easily.

Comfy rooms, nice balcony with a great mountain view, delicious breakfast on the rooftop. Close to everything, especially the thermal baths. It was great!

Unfortunately I couldn't use the spa and swimming pool as there is so much to see and do in Baños. I had three full days - and just to let you know: if you have the time, you should stay longer!

Great hostel. Located 100 m from the center. The room is cozy, parquet flooring, hot water, good wireless internet, clean, completely reasonable price. Good value for money. recommended.

The peaceful of the place. Location was great. We walked to the center of the town. It was very continuous.
