Wonderful

The private pool, the staff were extremely friendly however spoke very less English.

It felt slightly remote and away from the local city centre however only a 15 minute cab ride away

La instalación muy linda, buena ubicacion, lugar tranquilo

El desayuno no es continental como describía en la página, la comida del restaurante asociado al complejo decadente, muy mala. Llegaba fría, tarde y la calidad pésima. La atención muy amables pero invadían mucho la privacidad, entraban a la habitación sin aviso, varias veces ha sucedido. No había utensilios de cocina. No ofrecían servicios e limpieza a diario ni reposición de insumos (papel higiénico, toallas, bolsas), solo una vez en una semana que duró la estadía. Claramente es un sitio tropical, pero habia una invasión de hormigas, incluso había hormigas en la cama.

The pool

There was no privacy in the bathroom. Other people could see you shower, the food options were terrible. The place looked like it was gonna fall apart. And there were ants everywhere

It was so quiet, we got a private Villa with a private pool, it was mint!! Loved it 😁

My kids stayed in some of the rooms and they were a bit damp. Staff worked very hard to improve the situation, thank u 😁

it was dirty, someone else's hair was lying on the floor. there was no hot water, poor sound insulation. breakfast was bad, the pancake was with raw dough. the bed smelled of people, as if the pastel linen hadn't been changed the price does not match the quality

I recommend the use of AS Resort. It is like a peaceful oasis, beautiful, relaxing and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facility is kept in very good condition. There are really beautiful, maintained gardens and lovely swimming pools. The resort had cars and friendly, experienced drivers available on request. The food was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable.

Good price but not much comfy.

The place has a good energy and everybody is really polite. The villas are peaceful and the staff is really helpful.

Staff didn't speak english very well. The hotel does no seem to be as good as in the pics. There was some sludge on the pool. We stayed at the suite number 4 and as the bathroom has no drapes, we could bee seen naked by other suite. The breakfast is fairly poor. Only plain bread and eggs, no butter or other thing to put on. It was missing napkins too.

The room had a swarm of flies in the room, the hotel sprayed bug spray whilst we were out and left them dead all over our bed. , the shower didn't work properly. A toad somehow came in the room in the night and jumped on me. The room next door had an adjoining door with no sound proofing and they were very loud. It was very far out of city centre. It doesn't have a private pool as described.

- Booking is misleading, you don't have a private pool. Only if you book the villa - Every little service item costs extra money - We needed to ask twice to fix the hot water

Superb

The staff was very kind and helpful. All your needs can be fulfilled by simply calling from your room. They also offer dinner, if you don't feel like going out to eat. You can rent a motorbike at the resort! This really comes in handy.

Nice Location with Bad Service Villa

the location is just closed to everywhere. Also u can see rice field from your bed.

The Villa is so dirty,mold on the pool,so many ants around. We even asked the staff to clean the pool so that we can swim but even after he cleaned it, it wont clean. The staff doesn’t speak english so they hang up the phone every time my husband call to reception. No hot water for two days and they said it still broken.
