An absolute MUST 👍 !

A VERY cosy home to stay. Lovely traditional interior design, a family business run with remarkable dedication to ensure that your stay will be perfect. Great atmosphère, very clean / amazing food, relaxing wellness area - complimentary access to a private beach and access to mountain cable cars. The hotel is set within a fairy tale landscape. As you have gathered from the above- we all really enjoyed our stay and can only highly recommend it. Go for it !

Exceptional

A lovely family hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel also offers saunas and a small gym, which was great to use. Location is also great, it is nearby two cable cars. It also offers warm and spacious storage for ski equipment. Overall, a great stay!

One of our best stays in a hotel.

Very nice room with balcony and view. Nice temperature - not too hot and heated floor in bathroom was great. Nice fluffy bathrobe provided for pool, spa etc. Excellent food of a very high standard. Free lunch provided from about 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent gym - top quality equipment. Also pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to two ski lifts or ski bus stops at the door. Ski storage room Hotel also offers the Sunshine card for free activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

The sauna was a naked area! Probably ok for Europeans but a bit strange for less liberal Australians.

Great stay

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We loved amazing spa area, they have outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, few steam rooms, saunas... Rooms are big, clean, warm. Food was great, breakfasts were really nice. Every evening there was new creative menu. Our waitress Xenia was a star. Thank you so munch for amazing time

Too many kids, there is no " adults only" area. We were trying to be understanding and didn't use indoor pool or jacuzzi but parents bring there kids everywhere, even to clearly marked quiet room ( where kids decided to play obviously 🙄) Rooms don't have kettle, coffee machine ( I was sure it's a must for a 4 star hotel)

great food, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere

We stayed for a week-long ski trip around the new year. Overall, we had a great time. The cooking was exceptional, every day. Very attentive table service. Our room -- while not the biggest one on offer -- was comfortable for us (2 adults, 2 kids) and tastefully designed/decorated, e.g. from the quality wood furnishings to the old stove (heater) serving as a bench to the blue trim along the ceiling. We did enjoy the pool and whirlpool, but unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy everything there was.

Very warm and personal hospitality. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay at the hotel again in our next trip to Carinthia. We had a perfect vacation!

A very nice stay at Trattlerhof

The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. They went above and beyond to be of help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodations were charming and modern.

The stay was really pleasent.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Goran. We really liked enjoyed to sit in the open winter garden. We felt most welcome with our dog.

Excellent stay, great breakfast and dinner.

Excellent stay, very friendly staff, relly loved the place. the breakfast was fantastic with an immense amount of choices. I also had dinner in the restaurant, which was beyond every expectation, really perfect. I highly, highly recomment this place.

The spa area with pool was really nice. It was also incredibly easy with the dogs. The hotel had special “quiet” areas for dinner with your dogs. It was just as nice if not nicer than in the ordinary dining room. Dinner was really great.

Very good in this difficult time.

Very good Hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, Breakfast and Dinner very good. The hotel is well situated for hiking ,mountain biking and the Sauna,Swimming pool,and fitness room are all very good.

Poor location of the hotel, on one side of the main road, on the other side a noisy stream.

Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Pillow and duvet were soft, comfortable to sleep. The hotel was pleasant wellness, lots of saunas, plenty of drinks and nuts, dried fruit.

The hotel did not give us a discount card on ski rental, ski lifts, even though we were entitled to it. We learned it at the ski school. The hotel offered us a noisy smoking room upon arrival, although we had a non-smoking quiet room in the reservation. In the end we lived in a small room, there were no basic sanitary items in the bathroom and there were cobwebs at the ceiling in the room. The waiters were not pleasant.

Superb

Excellent staff. Afternoon snack was very nice and welcomed. Very nice additional activities (cheaper skiing passes, possibility of testing a Tesla car, masks during carneval). Very well run family hotel. I recommend it!

Kids beds were made from sofa and could be more comfortable.
