Wunderschön - nur wenig Sonne auf dem Balkon. Man kann nicht alles haben. Die Aussicht war mir wichtiger.

Die Aussicht. Sonst alles da, was man braucht.

Der Fahrradkeller. Gut das es einen gibt, aber die Rampe war für mich kaum zu bewältigen. Schiene zu dicht an der Mauer und zu steil. Ich hatte ein relativ schweres E-Bike dabei.

it wasn’t very clean. it looked the balcony was not cleaned for a long time.

My stay at Ostseeresidenz was wonderful and fulfilled all expectations

The beautiful view, the closeness to the ocean, the fresh air. The apartment is great, the balcony is wonderful and the check-in and check-out easy, uncomplicated and very friendly.

One really minor thing: the parking gate, which is a bit antiquated
