Spacious, well located flat, with really helpful hosts. Perfect for a few days in Scarborough with everything inc. beaches within walking distance. Nice and clean for our arrival.

This flat is a great find! Perfect location opposite the train station and easy walk to both North and South Bay. The flat was comfy and the kitchen was great for cooking up meals, We would stay again

Great location, only a few minutes from the station, yet a quiet side road. Sue gave us a friendly welcome and was readily available by text. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

The decor is a little drab, but it’s fine for a short stay!

it was very clean .lounge very comfy and homely .decent size kitchen with everything you need in it

poor parking .the steps leading into the property need tidying up .even though bedroom large with a sink in it .the bathroom to tiny .couldn’t move in it .water pressure a bit iffy .hot water temperamental.

We really enjoyed our stay, the flat was immaculate and cozy, offering almost everything we needed. The location was just perfect for us, 2-minute walk to railway station and major bus stops where we took buses to explore the surrounding towns and the coastline. The host were friendly and thoughtful, and they replied to our queries promptly as well. We’d love to stay here again next time we visit Scarborough.

very clean, well equipped and comfy bed, nice touch of tea/coffee and milk to welcome us. Sue kept us informed along the way letting us know check in information and sent a text to let us know the flat was ready for us. We didn’t need any help while we were there but are sure she would have been there in an instant if we had needed her.

Fabulous stay again at the parade. Excellent levels of cleanliness, facilities (including a laundry), smart TV and minutes from town centre and buses/trains to York, Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, Filey and Bridlington.

Darker curtains in bedroom possibly woke with sun beaming through light coloured curtains crack of dawn, not a complaint as lovely curtains but be better to maybe sew black out material on them 👍

Fab apartment, comfortable and clean. We stayed for 4 nights, the beds where comfortable and the location was very good for walking into town and to the arcades and beach! Everything you need to cook a meal is provided in the kitchen, we would definitely stay again. Helpful owners too.

The shower could he better, hard to find the right temperature.

Parking difficult. Parts of the access were a little strenuous for someone with limited mobility - although we knew that before we booked.

Everything, the apartment is amazing it has everything you can possibly think of brewing material, pots, hoover hairdryer the full set up! The hosts were lovely and kept in contact to see if we needed anything or any help with anything. The whole apartment is spacious clean and. Provides WiFi, TV, kettle, bathroom and much more! Would highly recommend to anyone, I normally don't like the idea of self catering but this was. Absolutely perfect! Already planning my next trip back to scarborough with friends and family to stay at this amazing apartment!

Clean ,comfortable and everything needed was on hand. Communication with the host was excellent . Would highly recommend staying here. Fantastic value for money and we will be looking to stay here again later in the year.
