No cleaning Services

-The villa was very clean upon arrival -The furniture is maintained and in a good condition -The location is good above the mountain. The road is a bit difficult but we had a private car and it wasn’t an issue. -Amazing view and nice staff. -The place looks exactly like the pictures and it exceeded our expectation.

-wifi is slow -The pool lights were not working at night, they said it works automatically bit it didn’t. They sent someone from maintenance to fix it but still not working -few aunts and bugs when you leave to villa door open, but I guess the place is surrounded by trees so it’s expected.

not clean, too nose out side at night, the road is difficult and one way no light at night , no body carry our luggage.

internet was very week though staff tried to help but no use I couldn’t attend couple of meetings cleaning system should be every day not every 3 days cost for the time considered high

The staff are so friendly , The villa so nicely organised specially the swimming pool. The atmosphere so relaxing. The view is extremely lovely.

a car is a must to get your grocerries. The place has no close up super market In walking distance. Managment of the place need to be improved to satisfy customer request. Cleaning of the room required to be on daily bases not every third day taking into concediration swimming pool which increase the above request.

Rest of staff is giving false promisse,the have different exchange rate other than the market price ,they spoiled my medicines because the check in was very late and kept my bags under the sun heat ,they did not compensate me although their mistake ..i dont advise anyone to stay there because they charge a lot for no service ,found another guest from Kuwait leaving because of the bad service ,their breakfast is not enough for any family

Regular power outage. Very bad maintenance, most of the bathroom fixtures are not working. Breakfast was left outside without us knowing about it, we only came to know by accident on second day.

The pool was dirty. And they didn’t clean it before my arrival and when I asked them to clean they suggested I go and use the other pool.
