Really new and clean! Close to Lidl and Edeka. Can recommend going to Edeka’s bakery for breakfast.

Could be more sound proof. You can hear every time someone is in the hallway. There was a REALLY nasty smell from a AirWick thing.

The apartments are clean, comfortable, located near Dortmund Airport. Very comfortable beds, clean room, excellent, very clean shower. Nice scent in the lobby. Convenient contactless locking, key transfer through a special safe when entering with a password. Highly recommend and will stay here next time.

Leaking shower

Beds were very comfortable, but the pillows could have been a bit firmer. They were very large but shapeless. There was a sink in the room, easy for brushing teeth in room. Room was clean, bathroom was very clean even though it was shared. Receiving keys with pincode was very straightforward. I could easily find parking on street.

I knew it was shared bathroom, but it was a bit inconvenient that shower and only toilet on the floor were together. Luckily no one knocked on the door while I was in the shower. This did happen while I was on the toilet, so I stepped out for a while so someone else could use toilet before I took my shower. It was around 7.30 AM, so not the busiest hour for bathroom use. Getting the key and depositing it again went very smoothly, but I did feel slightly uneasy that there was no one on location in case it went wrong or I had any other issues. The smoke detector was no longer on the ceiling, but laid on a top shelf.

Very nice and comfortable room with spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and kettle (so we could prepare a tea in the morning😊)

A toilet in the bedroom and coffee powder or tea bags. A kettle without either was of no use.
