The hotel not in good condition. Carpet lots of cigarettes burned. For a non smoking area always smells of cigarettes plus fire.alarma always going off. You need strength to open the doors Most of the room doors broken, which makes you think of the security of the place. Too noisy at night, could be a common place for other guests..some areas in the hotel too dark to go through, if you don't want to use the lifts. For the number of guests, 2 lifts, with 1 always broken. Bathroom not clean enough.

the AC is not cold enough, shower is weak, hot water not working properly, no remote control for TV, rug needs clean up as it's dusty.

Its swimming pool closed at 17.00, while in many other hotels at 20.00.
