SPECIAL - POOL HEATING INCLUDED WITH ANY BOOKINGS MADE IN JUNE. Centrally located within desirable New Seabury, an upscale seaside community of New Seabury Country Club, rare Midcentury Modern Gem, a Capewide Vacations home, completely renovated with an amazing inground heated pool & yard! Just 6/10 mile to Popponesset Beach "The Spit" and a mile to Popponesset Marketplace and Public boat ramp less than a mile a away to access Nantucket Sound. Close to beaches, dining, and shopping yet feels a world away with over an acre of space for relaxation, play and entertainment. Central A/C & WIFI! This single level bright midcentury modern gem with 4 bedrooms and 2/12 bath, has a open concept vaulted ceiling main area includes kitchen, dining, and living/family room with walls of sliders looking out to backyard. Our newly built backyard paradise is fully fenced with a new saltwater 20x40 pool with travertine pool deck and separate lower lawn. There’s an oversized outdoor shower. There are two sides off the main area with the bedrooms. Each side can be closed off for total privacy. Right side of the main area: 1) Bedroom #1, master bedroom ensuite with slider to private deck and steps down to pool area. King Bed 2)Bedroom #2, has sliders to its own private patio and connects to half bath in foyer. Queen Bed Left side of the main area: 3) Bedroom#3 is a double room, there is a queen bed and 2 twin beds. You can close off the divider and use it as two separate bedrooms, each side has it's own entrance and closets. There is also a 43" HD Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has slider to pool. 4) Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and sliders to it's own private patio. Bathroom #1 - in Master Bedroom, full bathroom with walk in shower. Bathroom #2 - Full bathroom with walk in shower. If you have young ones, there is a baby tub available for use in this bathroom. Bathroom #3, half bath - located in foyer and can access from bedroom #2 also. Pool is opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. PLEASE NOTE POOL WILL BE CLOSED ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2023, OR WHEN GUESTS LEAVE THEIR STAY FROM THIS PERIOD. Pool heating is included for stay 7 nights or more. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. South Cape Beach is about 3 miles away. Mashpee Commons with a cinema, bowling alley, and many fine dining and shopping options is 5 minute drive away! Martha's Vineyard is a short ferry ride on the Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth. You can also catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket from Hyannis. Capewide Vacations has a few other properties in the Cape for summer rental. Great home! We’re picky when it comes to cleaning and this house was very clean when we arrived! Floors, bathrooms, linens, towels, countertops… all clean!
The property is well taken care of. It had enough parking for at least 8-10 cars. All the grounds were beautifully kept. Totally fenced yard gives peace of mind for those of us with kids.
With good size rooms and bathrooms and comfortable mattresses, this home sleeps 10 people comfortably. Modern and 100% open floor plan of the kitchen / dining / family room area, all with a nice pool view makes it even better.
Heated pool with pool toys plus an oversized umbrella covering an outdoor table that sits 10-12 people along with a really nice Genesis Weber grill made outdoor eating fun and enjoyable.
A few seating areas outdoors including one with a gas fireplace were nicely furnished. Even a grass area next to the pool was great to play bocce.
Kim was a great host, easy to contact and fast to respond. I give this home and host A+ rating and I would definitely stay there again.

We spent the week at this rental- the backyard and pool area are beautiful although there was a raised track on the floor that was a major tripping hazard. The cleanliness of the property was horrible. There were cob webs in the kitchen and living room and an empty goldfish bag in one of the nightstands. Even with the curtains and door closed the house warmed up to 86 degrees each afternoon (with AC on) I know this because of the thermostat and baby monitors we were traveling with. The basement slider door did not have a lock and was only “secured” by a bar on the bottom of the door. Overall our stay was disappointing and we ended up leaving a day early. We would not return to this property.

The property was in a great location . The pool was loved by all. The house was set up nicely for parents and grandparents with plenty of space . Had a wonderful time in cape cod !

Fantastic house!

My family and I swam every day and loved how much space there was outdoors to lounge or play a game. We had a fantastic week at this property, and we were so impressed with how clean and nice the home was. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic pool and backyard
We stayed here with our two small kids and we had a great time. The house was comfortable and the backyard and pool were amazing! We loved having an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for families. Kim was a great host and very responsive to any questions.

It was the perfect temperature of 82 degrees, clean and inviting. We honestly spent 90% of our waking hours in there, enjoying the water and the floaties. There is also a very nice large clean grill, a fire pit and a beautiful lawn, perfect for playing games or sunbathing. We would definitely stay here again!Thank you Kim!

Peaceful and relaxing

Great Cape House!
Great house! Kim was fantastic- super easy to reach and answer questions from the time we booked through the time we left. The neighborhood and paths leading to the beach and marketplace were fun to explore. It’s the PERFECT layout for two families because the house has two sides with hallways that have doors to shut so when the kids would go to bed, the adults stayed up and played card games without worrying about waking the kids. There’s also super easy storage for bikes & strollers when not in use, the house was very clean, and the backyard and pool are wonderful. The only thing to note is that next time we’ll bring extra towels as there is only 1 bath and 1 beach towel provided per person. It would have been handy to have some extras for when those are wet or in the laundry, but definitely not a big deal, just something we’d prepare for better next time. We loved the location and would happily stay again!

Tornado Week
Easy online process. Property was generally clean but there was a lot of long black hair on floor and wall of bathroom in room with king bed. The sliding glass doors were dirty with a lot of finger prints. Needed to be windex’ed. Pre tornado, the pool filters were dirty with a foul odor which we needed to clean. After the tornado which went through the property, the owners were very responsive to our needs as we were without power for two days. The pool however required cleaning and vacuuming ( almost three man hours spent by us to remove storm debris). We paid $300 to heat the pool. Due to the storm we could not use for two days . Everyone felt that the pool was not heated post storm. We were looking for a switch which may have tripped but did not find one to reheat pool. Due to this inconvenience of the debris and heat issues we would like to be reimbursed our $300 (fee to heat pool). Due to the non functional generator we needed to throw out perishable food which we had just purchased. Despite this unusual situation the house suited our needs and the location was great. I certainly would recommend this property to friends.

Backyard is the best
The backyard is by far the best part of this property and we used it to full effect. Loved the flat grassy area, the pool, the fire pit and the outdoor shower. The inside was fine but not amazing and there is very very little storage, especially in the kitchen, which can be complicated if you're sharing with more than one family. One thing I would recommend to the owners is a better system for heating the pool. It doesn't turn on until a little after 9am and takes about 3 hours to reach 80 degrees. It's supposed to get to 82 but only ever did that if it was a sunny day, otherwise it hovered at 80. If you're there and it's not super warm, each degree makes a difference (especially with little kids! the toddler of the group was happy to stay in the water but kept turning blue from the cold).

The perfect Cape house
My high school friends and I got together for a Cape weekend at this house and we couldn’t have asked for a better property. The backyard/pool was perfect for hanging out and grilling, and we also loved how open the kitchen and living room were. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely stocked with everything we needed which was great. Also, Kim was super responsive and helpful to answer any questions I had leading up to the stay. I would love to stay here again! If you’re looking for a house to stay on the cape look no further!

Amazing backyard and pool.
We loved our stay at this house. The separate sleeping areas made it very easy to have two families in the home and not right on top of each other. The backyard and pool can’t be beat. Our kids could play sports and swim all day. We would beach or do something else most most mornings and end up back there by the afternoon to relax. The main living space is small, but not cramped. We were able to ride bikes to the market or the Spit beach with ease. Overall it was an awesome experience.

An excellent family escape
The backyard was beautiful. The pool was very nice. We had lots of seating and natural light. It was cozy for watching tv. The fire pit and bean bag games were a plus! The grill and kitchen were perfect for our family. We had a lovely, relaxing stay!

Great stay
We had a great stay here! Seven adults (3 couples & 1 single) comfortably fit in the house, the pool and backyard were amazing, and there was easy access to two close beaches. We enjoyed using the grill each night and eating outside. Very convenient drive to the South Cape Beach State Park (fee to park) and short drive to Popponesset Spit where you can park if you go in the morning (otherwise someone is at the end of road prohibiting parking and the signs are confusing). Only recommendations are adding a beach umbrella to the 4 chairs and buggy they have and darkening the curtains in the bedrooms. Kim was very responsive and helpful, would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great house and pool
My family and my sister's family stayed here for a week. Kim was very responsive and the house was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a hit with all the kids and the outdoor shower was perfect for everyone to rinse off whenever we would get back from the beach. The large kitchen and living room was a wonderful place to gather every morning and night. Thanks for a great stay!
