Heerlijk hotel, op loopafstand van strand en restaurantjes, fijne bedden en supervriendelijk personeel!

Vriendelijk personeel, lokatie bij het strand, op loopafstand restaurants. Fijne kamer en heerlijke douche, vogels in de mooie tuin.

We felt as at home. Great place for family with teenagers.

Staff is very friedly and helpfull, specialy Jean. His service is great. Rooms are clean with nice back garden. There is voleyball court, fitness, ping pong, table fotbal available. A lot of activities to do at place. The beach is 10 minutes walk from hotel.

A relaxing joyful experience.

The service was exceptional and the food was great. The waiters Gerald and Juan were welcoming, kind and fun. They made each day a joyful experience.

The room is the container of the trucks, all the noises are heard

Very good stay with a few quirks

Staff was great, and when we had a problem, they were cheerful and prompt. Grounds were pretty if a little quirky. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were comfortable.

There were a few little quirks, mostly with the room. The A/C kept tripping the circuit breaker. Of course, the first time it happened, we didn't know what it was. It was fixed promptly. When it happened again, we figured out what to do. No cups or glasses in the room; we had to go to the bar to get some. Needed trips to the front desk for the Wi-Fi password and safe key, so consider educating your staff on doing all that at check-in.

Highly recommended for a good stay in the area.

Clean, comfortable and great value for money. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good. Breakfast was also lovely with a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

There’s a little bit of development work going on but it didn’t create any noise or hassle.

Perfect stay

Staff were super kind and a pleasure to deal with. The rooms and facilities were also comfortable and up to date. Some of the best showers and sleeps we had in Costa Rica. We enjoyed the perks of the gym ,pool, and ping pong table as well.

Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is lovely honestly. The wifi was a little spotty in our room only because the hotel is built well with concrete walls. Walk outside, 100%. Would be nice to have covered parking but who cares! It was awesome.

excellent front desk service.. She walked me to the room .. not one of those..” turn left.. walk to end of building. turn right.. look there..” she said “ let me show u your room and how the KEY VIDE opens the door! GREAT.. Unexpected!

suitable for the funs of non stop LOUD music

nice staff at the restaurant, clean pool, beautiful garden ,

1)Very loud non-stop music from 7.a.m to 22 every single day ( we could not rest in our room even with closed door) during 5 days ! 2)Wrong size room -about 25m ( we've booked 50 m room ! ) 3)Our room did not have any view at all ( all 12 rooms look like a one military or farm barrack are were hidden away from beautiful garden behind of fence . 4) We did not expect a live music performance in evenings ( singer with terrible screaming voice ) at the hotel . 5) cleaning wasn't regular and luck of quality 6) No shower gel or shampoo during our stay ( unbelievable for this price range ! )

Good

The location is good just of the main road and close to the beach . The rooms are modern and comfortable with nice design touches . The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice . The games tables , pool , air hockey are great .

Those ' little touches' could have been better . Coffee / tea available freely available . The hotel is mid - refurbishment and is still scruffy in some areas , will be good when finished . Breakfast and sinner were disorganized .

The best pet friendly hotel we’ve been at in Costa Rica. Good breakfast, location, and very helpful staff.

Rooms are nice, clean, and large but could have a renovation of bathrooms.

Fabulous Vacation

The staff were fantastic. Super kind to us and my 14 month old son.

The pillows. Honestly, I know this is picky, but it's the only thing that was meh.

Good enough for a night, even though overpriced!

Spacious room, spacious garden, nice pool!

No furniture, dirty shower, toilet didn’t flush properly, overpriced restaurant, horrible cocktails (who puts Curaçao liquor in a margarita???)

The new rooms are great and there seems to be a redesign of the instalations that would make the hotel nicer.

The hotel is under remodelation so there might be noise early in the morning.

Lovely stay, close to the beach, beautiful pool.

The staff went out of there way to make me comfortable. If there is something that does not meet your level of comfort, they work their hardest to accomodate. The rooms do not come with coffee makers, however when I requested one, I was met with a surprise by the staff as they found one for me. The first unit they put me had a problem with the ac and they switched me to a new room no questions asked. The pool is divine and food was delicious. The property is beautiful as well. Loved it!
