"Starlight of Sedona" (NEW on VRBO in 4 '18) gives you your own private "resort" and presents expansive big sky and red rock views. In fact, all 5 of our Sedona "pool" homes have direct sight of magnificent Gunsight Rock and 2.8 miles from world-famous Cathedral Rock and ultra-exclusive Red Rock Crossing. But "Starlight", specifically, is 1.5 miles from world-famous Bell Rock. "Starlight'' also sits 400 yards from the club house of the Robert Trent Jones 18-hole championship country club (public) and is next-door neighbor to our "Coronado" (VRBO 1139621) AND "Apache Gunsight" (VRBO 186011) in case you want to bring your friends! So pamper yourself in outdoor luxury, shade and sun, high-end spas and walks. Walk out the front door and in 2 min you'll be at the 1st tee-box of Oak Creek County Club House, or the putting green, or driving range or Redstone Restaurant (and there are tennis courts nearby too). "Starlight" is your own private luxury resort. The private pool also has a PebbleTec Prism Blue bottom and decorative waterfalls. 'Starlight' is also minutes from a number of the popular trail heads, shopping, and famous restaurants. This Sedona villa has 3 bedrooms - a king master, a king guest, and Guest Room 3 is equipped a unique "Queen" bunk (top and bottom) and a twin bunk (top/bottom) on opposing wall,. There is also three sleeper sofas: 2 Queen sleeper sofas in family room and one full. Premium mattresses upgraded throughout (we put aside the sleeper mattresses and upgraded with higher-end). Wireless internet, 4 cable TVs, included. Professionally managed and cleaned. To maintain the quality of this immaculate home, no pets or smoking please. The home was exactly as described in the listing and the pool and spa were fantastic! The house is within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shops and 15-30 minutes driving time to a number of trailheads. We had a fantastic time!

Everything was good for our family Christmas with three different families. Loved the location. The spa was nice after walking through town all day. House is very big and sleeps a lot of people. The homeowner was very attentive and answered any questions we had. We would stay here again any time. Only reason I have a declined review on cleanliness is because of the dust in the house. Other then that everything was perfect.

There is live mouse and nest in garage. Ants in kitchen and main bath. Some issues re cleaning..fan vent in master bath needs cleaning, cobwebs on top of lamp in living area. Towel bar in main bath is coming off wall. Suggestions to improve: Coffee pot takes 41 minutes to brew whole pot! We timed it cuz it was SO slow. Pillows need an upgrade. And lighting in main area of house was very dim.

Perfect house and location for our multigenerational ladies vacation in Sedona. We enjoyed the heated spa and a refreshing dip in the pool after a long day out exploring and shopping. Great patio at night for stargazing. Home is well cared for and every detail has been thought of. Ten thumbs up for Starlight!

Wow! This place is the perfect location and has all the amenities you will need, no matter how long your stay in Sedona! It’s SO close to all the sights and downtown Sedona. The pool was a much needed retreat after driving up from the Phoenix heat.

Everything was amazing. We were able to bike to epic trails right from the house and come back to relaxing in the pool. The house was great and the view from the backyard was super. Jeff, the host was easy to get ahold of and very kind. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We chose this home as our home away from home so our family could be all together as we celebrated our sons wedding. My daughter rented the home two doors down. (Same owner) We have a large family and it’s a rare treat to have us all together at the same time. The home was immaculate and every nook and cranny was spotless. The open floor plan allowed for us to be together without tripping over each other. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens, pillows, and pool towels. We had such a wonderful time cooking together, exploring together, relaxing together. And the view…simply breathtaking. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing. Especially since we’re from Michigan and can only dream of swimming months from now. Great communication with the owners. We simply cannot recommend this home enough.

The hot tub didn't work the first two nights. We understand things happen, but we found the owners to be quite unresponsive. It was fixed on the 3rd morning of a 5-night stay. No discount was offered to us - no apology made. The cleaning team mis-recorded the amount of gas usage for the pool/hot tub. This is important because they charge for heating based on usage. I tried to make the owners aware of this by texting pictures of the variance between written number and gas meter. There was no response from them - no acknowledgement. I will say their approach for calculating the gas usage cost seems reasonable if the recordings are correct. I suggest you take a pic of the gas meter that controls the pool and hot tub. The owners suggest the same. I don't believe we were charged extra for gas, which may have been their means of compensation for bad times with the hot tub. They did not say one way or the other. The pillows are like one-day old, flat pancakes. Very unacceptable for the price point. The beds were tolerable. There were a few ants in the second bathroom, and we couldn't use the tub because it drained super slowly. The heating unit was extremely loud and rattling when it shut off (made me nervous) and there are hot and cold spots all over the house - to the point of being quite uncomfortable. (It was snowy and cold when we were there.) And the old fridge is very noisy to the point that we needed to turn up the family room TV. I suggest the renter be fully aware of the many ways one can lose their deposit - the list goes on and on and on, and certain stipulations are over-the-top. We have been renting upscale homes for many years and never seen anything like this. Their write-up reads as if the house is something super special. It is a basic house with an acceptable pool area. The house needs some love and upgrades. However, the owners made clear that they own several rental properties, which explained to us certain cost-cutting measures taken. The bath towels are sparse and cheap. They had very nice pool towels though. The house pics may show a gas fireplace, but I don't believe it is available to renters. At least, the key to turn it on was not made available to us. The house is not in Sedona proper - about 20 minutes out from the good Sedona shopping, but the neighborhood is nice and quiet. A few nice restaurants are close by, as well as a lovely coffee shop.

We stayed with our family and my sister in laws family. We had 4 adults and 9 kids with us. The house worked great for hiking around and enjoying the hot tub after a day of hiking. It was nice also that a grocery store was just down the street.

Jeff was so helpful! We stayed when arizona was hit with a crazy snowstorm and things got shut down (like the grand caynon) Jeff gave us other ideas of things to do and gave us scenic directions to places to get more out of the experience. I can't wait to go back!

On arrival, discovered the guest bathroom had broken toilet paper holder and towel wrack. It was fixed by a not so friendly handyman. No anti slip was provided in the bathtub shower. The appliances were very very old. The carpets went all the way into the bathrooms and were stained. The master bathroom shower stall had mold. The water in the swimming pool stank. The miniblinds on all the windows did not work properly. The TVs were way too small for the sizes of the rooms. The incorrect information for the internet was listed in the rental agreement. VRBO should refund us for at least one night for the poor condition of the property.

My family of 6 stayed here for a couple nights. The property was nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of local businesses within a 5 minute drive from the house (picked up pizza one night and bought donuts the following morning, and both places were fantastic). My only complaint is that we didn't spend more time at the house, as one of our days was spent at the Grand Canyon. The pool and hot tub were very nice, with all of the controls for it on the inside of the house on a wall (had never seen that before). Some of the appliances are a bit dated, but they all work great and are functional (shows they take care of the property). The owners give you "everything you wanted to know about the property and then some" in the confirmation email, which shows how thorough they are about everything on the property. This was helpful for us when one of the hoses were disconnected in the pool. We sent them a text message, and received a reply promptly how to fix it. My 4 kids had a good time there, and would rent the place again if we get back out that way.
