청소가 제대로 되어있지 않다. 냄새가 날 뿐만 아니라 화장실에 기다란 머리카락도 치워져있지 않았으며 침대도 불결한지 친구와 나 모두 자고 일어나서 다리에 벌레 물린 듯한 자국과 심한 가려움증을 겪었다. 掃除が出来てないようだ。匂いもするしトイレの長い髪の毛もそのままにあった。ベットも汚いのか、友達と私両人虫に刺されたように足が痒くなった。

It was close to my work place. The staff was nice.

It was terribly dirty. The lobby and room smelled bad, and the bathroom had black mold everywhere. Under the bed was terribly dirty. This hotel described itself as a "budget" hotel, but the price was the same as other business hotel chains. I'd hoped that they wouldn't skimp on the cleaning services...

No dust.

Air conditioner It takes 1day to make my room enough warm. First night let me feel cold.

It was fairly comfortable and decent size for the price

The bathroom was really gross, the tub and sink had black residue and the tub drain would cause a panel in the floor to flood the bathroom

Self service

The floor and toilet bowl are not clean. I requested for refund because i only stayed for 1 night and checked out the next day.

It was clean and close to the station, which was all I was really looking for for a one night stopover. It did the job, so long as you're not expecting anything more than that.

I'm not a fan of cheap memory foam mattresses - not the most comfortable nights' sleep. Proximity to the station also means proximity to train noise. Midnight to 5am was quiet though.

Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. I love the massage chair in the room too! Within 5mins of walking to the Sapporo Station.

The breakfast was not enough to eat.
