About this house rental
This beautiful lakefront vacation house, located between mile markers 9 and 10 in Sunrise Beach, has outstanding views of the lake from every room and is perfect for relaxing and gathering with family and friends. The main floor features an open concept design that overlooks the lake, with a large open kitchen with pantry, dining area and living area complete with a fireplace, a sitting area, which has a pull-out sleeper loveseat that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 small children, a powder room, a laundry room and a fabulous lakeside deck great for BBQs and getting lost in the sunsets. The spacious upper level has 3 large Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The master suite has a king bed, a full on-suite bath, a walk-in closet, a private lakeside deck and sleeps 2. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, a lake view and sleeps 2. The third bedroom, which is perfect for kids, has a full size bunk set with a twin size trundle, a lake view, a walk-in closet and sleeps 5. This house also has private off street parking for multiple vehicles and a dock that guests are welcome to use. SPECIAL NOTE: The private dock and the slip are included but it does not have a lift. The tram is not included in the rental and is not available to guests.

Water is rough, Dock is always moving. It's understandable being in the main channel. Nice place, great views, water just beats you up.

This property was in a great location for our family it was very clean and we loved the decks so peaceful. Definitely recommend

The house is located on a small cove overlooking the main branch of the lake on mile marker 9. The views are great. The beds were cozy and sleeping arrangements met our needs. My sister slept on the larger couch bc the pull out mattress was uncomfortable.
There are TVs in each bedroom, but internet for streaming is slow.
The dock is great for and swimming and fishing off of. Our daughter caught her first catfish! Our boat isnt huge, so when the lake got busy on Friday and Saturday the waves really kicked up and the boat got tossed around in the slip. A lift would really be helpful. We ended up having to take the boat out on the second day and paid $10 to keep it overnight elsehwere.
The kitchen was plenty spacious and had the things we needed. The neighbors were great and even put on an amazing fireworks show! We even saw Starlink go by over the lake! There is also a cute family of deer we saw daily. We went to Frank and Louies twice! Food and atmosphere ate great!
The main negative we had was that was that the fans and vents needed cleaning. The bathroom vent cover and living room fan and vents are very dusty. There was also a dirty grill spatula in the drawer that still had cheese on it.
Some repairs will need done soon on the steps/rails to the dock and the rail on the deck. We weren't comfortable leaning on the rail on one part of the deck.
These things are obviously things that can be easily remedied and wouldnt keep us from staying again!

Excellent accommodations
The house was perfect for us, and the dock was brand new, the kids loved swimming and the new swim ladder was so convenient. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and the house stayed cool despite the kids running in and out of the house. This is an excellent choice for a family vacation.

The house is right on the water (with its own private dock) and the view from the porch were amazing. House had plenty of room to comfortably sleep 8-10 people and the living room was a nice place to hang out. Overall great place for a weekend getaway.

The photos don’t capture how beautiful this diamond in the rough really is! Don’t let the steps detour you, they really aren’t bad. Bedrooms are roomy, kitchen has everything you will need, very clean, location is perfect and central to everything and the views are amazing!

Great place for families with kids. Our kids particularly enjoyed the game closet and the oversized bunk bed.

We had a great week. And very nice neighbors that we met on the Saturday before leaving. WiFi was great...no problems. Just wish that there wasn't 63 steps to get down to the dock....lol Only thing I would suggest is that you'd be able to take the leaf out of the table. Takes up a lot of room when walking into the kitchen from living room or deck. We just moved towards the wall, since we ate outside every evening. One other thing would be to mention for the outlets on the dock that's there's a switch in the living room label for that. Didn't see that till later after filling the floaty's up on deck and carrying down to the dock. But overall......Great week...... Thanks again

The house was clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked with kitchen cookware & utensils. We swam off the dock every day and enjoyed the beautiful lake. The views, especially in the morning, were breathtaking. Stairs to the dock provided plenty of good exercise (62 steps, in case anyone was counting). Gas grill worked great, and we enjoyed lots of good food and drinks with our family.

Great stay! Beautiful home! Only thing that I didn’t like was that being at the end of the cove deep next to the forest, the water is mucky. Didn’t swim off of the dock, but the house itself is beautiful and very well taken care of!
