Nestled in Cala en Bosc, this charming villa for $147 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Lovely 2 bedroom little villa totally redecorated in December 2019 with high quality materials and design furniture, allocated in a very peaceful private resort only 7km from Ciutadela Town. Very nice sea views and to a beautiful lighthouse. Gardens, parking. Only 5 minutes walk to the supermarkets and Marina with all services (restaurants, bars, pubs, chemistry, diving schools, boat rentals, water park for children, mini golf, karting, etc). Only 5 minutes walk to the famous calas (beaches) Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch. You can swim in the sea right in front the house (just as little as 30 steps and you are in the water literally). Ideal for couples with or without children.Nice walks around the area for "romantic sunsets" (the best ones you will never see from Menorca with Majorca Island at the background... you have to see it!). The best little villa in the area for the most relaxing holidays with the sea right in front of it and lovely surroundings.

We did love our stay of 5 nts/6 days. We had trouble finding it but Miquel was wonderful sending us photos and maps and texts until we were safely there! (We are 70ish). The apt. Is a little smaller than I thought from the pictures and the furniture looks brand new on line but shows some wear. However it is comfortable and serviceable. We used the bunk bedroom for our luggage so we had plenty of room. If you were a group of 6 you would be crowded here. The king bed is very nice and mattress is good. It was a little harder than we like as we have a foam topper at home but we slept well. 2 things not mentioned on line are: In the main bedroom there is a slope to the roof line and a support beam at about 5’ high on one side of the bed. When on that side of the room you must remember to duck so not to hit your head. We got use to it and really didn’t use the dressers on that side so we weren’t affected by it too much. #2. I interpreted the wording on line to mean you could step right out and walk 50 meters and step into the Mediterranean but it’s not quite that way. There are apartments between this one and the sea. You do have a small sea view when standing on the patio. On our last day we did find a narrow path to walk down on the rocks and very carefully slip into the sea. Younger people probably do it faster. We wish we had known about the path early on. Miquel is wonderful & helpful if you have any problems! Very important!! We would come back here.

The property is in a pleasant quiet area just a few minutes’ walk from supermarkets, restaurants and the local marina .
Faced with the possibility of the French Air controllers strike causing the loss of our holiday, we managed to sort out an arrangement whereby we would only pay the full amount 24 hours before arrival. Richard was free to accept a booking from someone else instead of us. He would have preferred us to pay 48 hours in advance, and our not doing so in some way delayed the repair of the sitting room sun blind apparently.
Miguel who arranges cleaning and repairs is a good communicator and gets things done quickly.
The property web page clearly showed and still shows that there is internet wifi . We could find no password and so emailed both Richard and Miguel. Richard wrote back:
18/04, 22:28: “Dear Anthony there is no wifi in the complex and property as there is a failure not sorted in that area of the complex, sorry for this, you can use your mobile G data, this will not be fixed until end of may been told.”
I wrote back: 19/04, 09:47: “Hmmmm there appear to be two properties with their own WiFi : Tenda... EE1260, and Direct - Kol adw 2247.” No reply from Richard.
Miguel wrote: “Good morning, Anthony. I'm glad you arrived safely. The owner doesn't have Wi-Fi in that apartment.”
The mobile data usage for mornings and evenings at the property cost us £14.50. Richard has not responded to the suggestion that he owes us this amount.

Ha sido bastante cómodo, llevamos 7 años seguidos yendo a esta zona y es bastante cómoda, lástima que se estropeó el aire acondicionado el día de entrada y no pudimos disfrutar del apartamento tanto como hubiésemos querido.

Location bien placé mais petite
La location n'a pas de wifi. Il fait très chaud dans l'appartement car il y a très peu de fenêtre et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, pas de fenêtre dans la petite chambre qui possède 2 lits superposés et qui est très petite, une toute petite fenêtre dans la deuxième chambre qui est en sous de toiture, attention à la tête car le plafond est bas. Malgré tout ça la location est bien situé entre le phare et le port de plaisance.

Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung.
Die Küchengeräte sollten allerdings mal wieder ausgetauscht werden.
Der Toaster funktioniert nicht, die Pfannen sind krum und die Beschichtung kaputt.
Das Sofa sollte dringend erneuert werden da überall das Kunstleder abgeht!
Im "Kinderzimmer" funktioniert die Fernbedienung vom TV nicht da die Federn für die Batterien fehlen.
Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubes war es sehr kalt.
Leider ist die Klimaanlage im Heizbetrieb auf 21 Grad abgeregelt und geht auch nach 2,5h aus.
Da das Haus mit Heizung vermietet wurde finde ich das nicht OK!
Die Heizung im Bad funktioniert genau so wenig wie die Lampe über dem Badspiegel!
Wenn man von diesen Problemen absieht war der Aufenthalt im Haus ok.

Espectacular ubicación, moderno y limpio
El apartamento esta reformado, es moderno y esta limpio. Puedes salir y en 10m por las rocas llegas al mar. Sitio tranquilo y con encanto. Por sacarle algun pero…estaria bien que tuviera un minimo de productos de limpieza (fregasuelos o lejia) y un “apaño” basico de aceite/sal/etc… En cualquier caso, no es un problema grave, pero hay que llevarlo o comprarlo todo.

El apartamento está situado en un lugar bonito y el tamaño es adecuado para cuatro personas. El punto más negativo sería en cuanto a la limpieza ya que no se habían esmerado demasiado.

Hemos estado muy bien. El apartamiento muy limpio, agradable y tranquilo. Cerca de Ciutadella y de las playas mas visitadas. Muy recomendable.

Apartamento mejorable y propietarios desentendidos
El apartamento es mucho mas pequeño de lo que verdaderamente parece. No estaba especialmente limpio. El mayor inconveniente que nos encontramos fue que al llegar el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, intentamos contactar con los propietarios pero nos dejaron en visto. Sin embargo estos si que llamaron para decir que el dia de la salida teniamos que dejar el apartamento a las 10, pero en la web ponia a las 14. La zona y el viaje estubo muy bien pero el apartamento MUY mejorable.

Schön!
Die Fewo ist für 3 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und man kann fussläufig alles erreichen. Trotzdem empfehle ich ein Auto für Ausflüge und die Anfahrt.
Wir hatten angenommen, dass man von der Terrasse aus direkt aufs Meerblicken kann. Das ist leider nicht der Fall.
Es war alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden.

Kleines Wohlfühlhaus
Ein ganz wunderbares kleines Feriendomizil, perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Nur die Couch könnte eine Überarbeitung vertragen 😉�, sie „krümelt“ trotz der Schutzlaken. Das Bett ist ausreichend lang und da es kein Fußende hat auch für wirklich große Menschen bestens geeignet. Wir waren zu zweit dort und hatten ausreichend Platz, für die anvisierten 6 Personen ist das möglicherweise schon etwas knapp.
Menorca ist eine ansprechende und freundliche Insel, leider außerhalb der Saison ( Mitte bis Ende Dezember) mehr als nur leergefegt. So gibt es zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe des Häuschens theoretisch mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés, die während unseres Aufenthaltes aber ALLE geschlossen waren. Die nächst mögliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit war 7,5 km entfernt. Ohne Mietwagen ( unbedingt am Flughafen gleich mitnehmen, da auch alle Autovermietungen geschlossen waren!) läuft da gar nichts.
Das Wetter, die Luft und die unmittelbare Meeresnähe sind Genuss und Erholung pur. Ich habe Zeit sehr genossen und kann mir gut vorstellen, weitere Tage und Wochen dort zu verbringen.

We had a great time here. Appartment v clean, well air-conditioned and comfy beds, nice shower. Easy walk or drive to supermarket and local restaurants and near enough to Cuitadella to be able to drive there in the evenings for a change. Only thing lacking was a chopping board!!!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home from home villa in July. The villa has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach and marina which has some lovely restaurants. We hired a car to travel around the island but the local transport is good so you can still get around if you don’t have a car. The villa was presented spotlessly clean and we were left to enjoy our 10 days holiday in peace. Would definitely like to return in the future

Lovely home from home
My husband and I stayed in this lovely home from home villa in July. The villa has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach and marina which has some lovely restaurants. Bel appartement au calme
Nous étions 4 personnes et avons passé une super semaine. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et placé idéalement à côté du port avec des restaurants divers et variés. L'environnement est calme avec une petite crique au pied de l'appartement.

El apartamento genial , limpio. La verdad es que nos encantó. La zona tranquila , al lado una zona de rocas donde poderse bañar . Cerca de calas muy bonitas , cala blanca..... la comunicación perfecta!!! Seguro que repetimos !!!!

Dejó mucho que desear.
Dentro de la casa nos encontramos una nueva fauna, completamente lleno de arañas, moscas, mosquitos y bichos varios. Aparte de un olor a humedad que no se fué en toda la semana.
Llegamos por la noche y nos tiramos mas de una hora matando con flick (que por suerte si que había) tuvimos que esperar un rato fuera de la casa porque casi tuvimos que gastar el bote entero.
La mujer que nos dio la dirección, dio unas indicaciones nefastas y nos costó muchísimo encontrar la casa, ademas como llegamos a la noche, estuvimos llamándola y nunca nos cogió el móvil y no solo eso sino que ademas al día siguiente viendo las llamadas ni se dignó a preguntar. Suerte que en un chalet cercano unos hombres nos pudieron ayudar.

Und hat der Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Im Haus hat man nichts vermissen müssen, alles war da was gebraucht wurde. Vor allem war das Haus wirklich schön sauber.

A lovely little villa on the edge of the sea.
As described and well presented villa on the far south west of this beautiful island. We went out of season which has advantages and disadvantages. Very little going on in the coastal villages but Mahon and Cuitadella have everything you need.
We were there principally for walking around the island and were lucky the weather was kind to us.
The beaches were virtually empty and you could enjoy the natural beauty.
The villa is well equipped and certainly comfortable for the two of us. The second bedroom had two sets of bunk beds.
Fridge freezer was very noisy but no complaints.

Sfeervol appartement op mooie locatie en van alle moderne gemakken voorzien.
Goed en snel contact met eigenaar en huishoudster . Eenvoudige supermarkt in de buurt. Lekker zwemmen paar meter van appartement vanaf de rotsen. Strand iets verderop. Ciutadella, 10 km.,erg mooie sfeervolle stad en haven met gezellige eetgelegenheden en leuke winkels en prachtig museum Lithica met oud en nieuw Labyrinth van zandsteen.
Verder wel wat ver vanaf van het centrum van het eiland en de rustige bounty- stranden dus auto huren wel fijn.
Al met al prima vakantie en onderkomen.

Amazing place....
We had a great stay at this property, very well allocated in a very peaceful complex and with all services at less than 2/5 mins walking distance at the Marina Cala N Bosch.
Property is very well equipped and decorated very nicely to assure a perfect stay.
We highly recommend the stay on this property, ideal for couples, families or friends as 6 people can stay at time.
We will come back in our next trip for sure and owner and landlady were very nice, and helpful since the begining.

House keeper Sonia was a little God send, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is ideally placed just a five minute short walk to the marina and bars/restaurants. With another short walk you get to the to the most beautiful beaches it's ideally placed for anyone elderly, couples or indeed families with children.
The villa itself is placed next to the sea with wonderful views and another short walk to the lighthouse which of an evening is great to have some leisurely food and drink whilst watching the sun go down. Majorca and Ibiza can be viewed from here.
We had a brilliant holiday and can't wait to return again next year.. 10/10 👍😀

Peaceful Haven
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our stay and extremely peaceful with beautiful sea views and if you are lucky enough wonderful views of the milky way at night.
The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable and we were very warmly welcomed by Sonia. We had everything we needed and was a perfect location for a relaxing break and ideal for exploring the wonderful Island.
Would happily return and stay there again.

A peaceful hideaway!
A very clean, recently renovated villa set within a small and peaceful urbanisation, next to the sea. Great sea views from the terrace, and if you rise early enough, some spectacular sunrises. A fantastic location for relaxing, and the marina with many bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets only a slow ten minute stroll away.
The villa is well laid out with the two bedrooms positioned at the opposite end to the main living area, and the kitchen is well equipped to cater for those who wish to eat in. The bathroom is spacious as is the shower, and throughout the villa there is storage space in abundance.
The area of Cala n Bosch offers lots to do, but lazy days spent wandering around the resort/marina or visiting the beach (a ten minute walk away) is a great way to relax and unwind.
