The kitchen was fully stocked for everything needed to cook especially for a long time stay. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. The office staff was also very kind and quick to help when any problems arouse. Highly recommend! 5/5

The space is very generous and comfortable for a family. The lovely yard is spacious and well landscaped with lots of privacy. The property owner has been available to answer questions when I have needed to contact the real estate agency with any concerns. Quiet neighborhood that is convenient to stores, activities and beaches. Great location.

We have been coming to the Cape in the summer for over 20 years. We have stayed all over the Cape but this was our first time staying in Yarmouth. This house is a basic one story ranch in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is a nice area for running or taking a stroll. Inside the home, the living room is quaint and appears to have a newer sofa set. The bathrooms also have newer vanities. We agree with another reviewer that the house could use some upgrades and repair. However, when we arrived, we also did not find it very clean. The main bath had mold and soap scum in the shower. The bathmat was so stained it should have been thrown out. I have pictures and will upload if allowed. We also needed to wipe down the fridge. Apparently, their cleaning service is not doing a good job. We agree with the other review that the lack of a DirectTV remote is inconvenient but we didn't even have DirectTV service until Tuesday. That's not fun with kids. We needed to obtain a password from the realtor to get it to work. Unfortunately, they first needed to get it from the owner. The biggest disappointment, however, was that upon our arrival we found that the house has an issue with ants. The twin bedroom had an infestation of tiny ants (hundreds spread across the entire floor), as well as some ants in the laundry/bathroom and main living area. There were some ant baits already on the floor but apparently not working well or maybe empty. After numerous calls to the realtors, an exterminator was finally sent out on Monday at noon, at which time he said it would take at least a week to get it under control. He said he'd need to return again on Friday. So, the one bedroom remained unusable the entire week. As a result, we needed to have 3 people sleep in the master bed. Not what I consider a vacation. We finally gave up and left early. While out there, the realtor told us they would definitely be giving us a partial refund for the inconvenience. Now that we are home, however, they are saying ant problems are common with their properties right now and they addressed the issues in a timely manner so they don't think it is necessary. First of all, I've never had this kind of issue in 20 years on the Cape. Second, even though an exterminator came, the ant issue was not immediately resolved... plus we had 3 in a bed! What ever happened to the days of businesses being reputable and having a conscience, rather than taking advantage of consumers?
