Wonderfully renovated Siesta Key 2-story condominium, with two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Bedrooms have their own bathroom, walk-in closet and private balcony. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances! Large family room provides a third balcony, perfect for gatherings. Conveniently includes a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. Complex featured on HGTV's "Beachfront Bargain Hunt". Includes tennis courts, heated pool, and a beautiful dock to sit and enjoy the peaceful bay waters. Just a short walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach, or enjoy a two-minute ride on the free shuttle!

Good location and nice place, had to do a little cleaning upon arrival (dirty towels in the washing machine) plenty of room, and nice layout.

The condo was clean and nice setup. Owners responded right away with any questions. Very busy road on the beach. Enjoyed being able to walk to beach access. Nice pool and tennis courts. Very clear instructions. Could have used suggestions for restaurants and local activities.

This was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed! It was close to to the beach and restaurants. The washer and dryer made this unit extra special!

Didn’t want to leave!!
Wonderful stay from beginning to end. The condo was beautiful and care had been taken to make sure everything was in order and easy to use.
The grounds and neighbors were lovely as well! Such an enjoyable stay! And the owners were very responsive and helpful and also just lovely!

Nice location, great grounds, nice cookout area and clean property. The pool area and pool are very nice. The picnic area by the bay is excellent venue for cookouts.

The property is located on the bay. Access to gulf beach is 1/2 mile walk south or a short drive north. Very clean unit well equipped. Owners addressed our concerns quickly. We would have loved to rent it next February but it is not available.
