There is a very large, comfy sectional sofa just right for sinking into while you watch your favorite shows or read a good book. The first floor master bedroom features a 2 sided fireplace from the great room and sliding doors to the sun room. A King size bed and 55" HDTV, and en suite bath complete all the creature comforts. Upstairs are 3 over sized guest rooms with en suite baths where everyone will have plenty of room to relax! The 2nd bedroom over the garage is quite large with a queen sized bed, pull out sofa bed and en suite bath. The 3rd bedroom, with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom on the back of the house with 2 twins and trundles, share a Jack and Jill en suite bath. These rooms also have sliding glass doors leading to a wonderful upper screened porch that is a fun and unique way to expand your outdoor living space. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
