The house is very true to pictures posted. It’s location was VERY convenient with only a short walking distance to French Quarter and tons of food/bar options nearby. There were only a few hiccups I had while there…one that the dishes were not fully cleaned from the prior guest. There were a few glasses that still had lipstick stains smudged on them. Also if you are looking for bathroom privacy/room privacy there aren’t any locks on the doors other than one latch on the bathroom door facing the main hall entrance. Also there isn’t a fence separating the neighbors side house from the back patio area and there was a lot of coming and going from the neighbors at the side of the house that I had to be cautious about. But other than that, the home was lovely and I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t even have to go through the hassle of verifying my logins for my entertainment because logins were already made available for Netflix, Amazon prime, etc.

A lot of thought and consideration was put into this property for the comfort of their guests. It’s a beautiful house, in a great location, that is in a fun lively area, yet quiet at night! Cindy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our slow mornings having coffee on the porch and watching the neighborhood come alive. Great trip! Great place to stay!! Already looking forward to next year!

Very clean, well stocked & surprisingly quiet for such a great location. I hope to return many times! Only suggestion would be to swap out coffee maker with a Keurig.

What a beautiful property and fantastic location. Cindy went out of her way to help us and was the perfect hostess. Everything you could possibly need all in one place. We felt safe in this quiet neighborhood that was close to the main NOLA attractions. We would highly recommend this VRBO and hope we can come back!

Easy, we’ll appointed, fabulous neighborhood

It was a pleasure working with Cindy. Her place is fully equipped and perfectly located. It is a home designed with love.

The Condo is conveniently located next to the French Quarter and within walking distance. The condo is clean and it has a modern look and feel to it and it is ideal for a family of 4. The garage can only fit a compact car so we parked in the street which was not a problem. The door locks for the upstairs bathroom do not close properly. There is a latch for the door facing the hallway but not for the other door.

My family decided to take our first trip to New Orleans for New Years and I am not exaggerating when I say I couldn't have found a better place to stay! The location is exceptional, we walked all over the French Quarter and Frenchman's Street. There's an endless supply of incredible restaurants nearby, as well as a lovely park just a stones throw away. The house was clean and comfortable, and the garage was a great perk. My husband rode a bike each day, and we sat on the front porch every evening. It was a perfect trip made more wonderful by an incredible stay at this location!

My wife and our best friends had the perfect stay at this perfectly located property. Both rooms are all you could ask for, the kitchen is new and modern, the outdoor spaces are made for catching up and meeting neighbors, and the neighborhood is exactly right. Marigny, Bywater, Frenchmen’s, and we could still walk to Canal and Superdome. We had the best time, and we’ve been here many times. Cindy was easy to deal with. No problems or complaints! Book it.

Great location! Easy walk to the French Market, Crescent Park, French Quarter and Frenchman Street. We enjoyed amazing brunches at two neighborhood restaurants, Horns and Ruby Slipper. Great front porch to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktail! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful trip! Cindy was incredibly helpful with everything. She was especially helpful with recommendations for the neighborhood. The property was incredibly clean and exceeded expectations.

We had a lovely time! We were 3 girl friends and the place is spacious, very nicely maintained, modern and with all amenities. Lovely bath accessories. The owner definitely has put a lot of thought and maintained this place very well. No complains there. It is also an awesome location if you want to enjoy the French Quarter scene and other NOLA attractions. We had rented a car to go see the Oak Alley Plantation and to-fro airport ride but mostly just walked. The garage can only accommodate compact car BTW. So do not get a larger car. Street parking can be hit or miss. The larger bedroom downstairs had an en-suite shower and some people in groups (given that it is a 6 sleeper) may find the lack of privacy an issue. With 3 of us, was not an issue. The locking of the sliding doors to the bedroom downstairs (given en-suite shower) and bathroom upstairs was iffy. This issue could be fixed. The appliances are very euro-modern so takes a bit to figure out. There is a “how to” laminate inside the closet next to the oven but we saw it late. Cindy was very helpful. She came to meet us and we had a nice chat. I had an issue with the iron and I am sure she has noted that and replaced it. All in all, highly recommend!!

Clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, and a perfect location. Dealing with the owner Cindy was a pleasure. We have nothing but praise for this property.
