We had an excellent stay in Avola! The flat was as described, even better! Lovely garden with lemon trees. Pino has been a lovely, generous host, who always there to answer questions and rrsponded very quickly. Overall, a really good holiday. We will be back. 😊

Posizione ideale per tutto!!!
La casa in una zona residenziale è in posizione strategica tra il centro del paese e la spiaggia, una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti in entrambe le direzione e sei dove vuoi... in una zona dove comunque sono presenti tanti servizi (bar, pasticcerie, ristoranti, supermarket, sportelli bancomat ecc ecc).
Il proprietario, il sig. Pino, con il quale abbiamo subito interagito come se fossimo vecchi amici (magari perché pure lui è di fede giallorossa) si è subito dimostrato all'altezza della situazione sia nell'accoglienza sia dandoci buoni consigli sui posti da visitare per la settimana che dovevamo trascorrere, e sempre a djsposizione per qualsiasi evenienza... Tra l'altro ha dimostrato di essere una persona molto attenta nei dettagli sopratutto nell'arredamento e la cura del giardino e nell'aver prestisposto tre nuovissime e magnifiche docce esterne dotate di acqua calda. La casa dotata di tutto quello che avevamo visto nella descrizione l'abbiamo vissuta molto poco visto che l'usavamo come base per tutti i nostri spostamenti nella Sicilia barocca, e comunque in quattro persone adulte l'abbiamo sfruttata bene, siamo anche riusciti a goderci una serata barbecue in giardino.
L'unica cosa triste che la vacanza è durata troppo poco... da ritornare appena possibile.
Vi consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Da Avola si volaaaaa
Avola è strategica per chi, come noi, desidera fare un tour di questa zona della Sicilia. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stato l'alloggio di Pino. Un appartamentino ben sistemato, a due passi dal mare, fornito di ogni confort e con un giardino meraviglioso che, sopratutto la sera, ti fa venir voglia di non muoverti da casa.
Pino, il proprietario, è una persona molto socievole e alla mano che, con discrezione e pazienza, ci ha dato indicazioni e consigli sui posti da visitare e sulle spiagge da raggiungere.

Toller Urlaub in und um Avola, sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir hatten eine super Zeit in und um Avola, Pino ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und offen für Gastronomie oder andere Tips für die Gegend. Am letzten Tag hätten wir kulanterweise sogar bis nachmittags bleiben können. Die Wohnung ist schön, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir haben insbesondere unser Frühstück, Abendessen oder auch Musik hören und spielen hinten auf der Veranda genossen. Die Lagedes Hauses fanden wir auch gut, zwischen Meer, Spielplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen, wasspontane Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte/ Natur/ Strand einfach machte. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Stupendo il giardino per non parlare della doccia con acqua calda. Simpaticissimo il proprietari oltre ad essere anche disponibile ,inoltre è stato molto gentile a farci trovare una cartina del posto e a consigliarci i vari itinerari. Nell'appartamento non mancava proprio nulla. Lo consiglierei a tutti anche perché è situato in una posizione strategia per poter visitare le varie località turistiche.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung in Avola war sehr schön. Die Wohung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man so braucht. Zum Strand braucht man 15 Minuten, den nächsten Supermarkt hat man in 5 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Pino ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr nette zentral gelegene Wohnung mit einem netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.
Das Zentrum von Avola und der Strand sind in kurzer Zeit fußläufig erreicht. Eine nette Bar findet sich in der Nachbarschaft. Man befindet sich im städtischen Leben. Die herrlichen Städte Noto, Modica, Scicli und Ragusa Ibla sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen ebenso wie Siracusa und die hervorragenden Wander- und Spaziermöglichkeiten (Pantalica-Schlucht, Noto Antica, Vendicari ...).

prima verblijf prachtige tuin en aardige eigenaar
Met 4 volwassenen 2e helft april een prima tijd gehad. Het huisje heeft 1 ruime slaapkamer waar 2 extra bedden staan voor bv kinderen en nog een slaapkamer die wat kleiner is. Faciliteiten prima, de keuken/ zitkamer is wat klein, maar als compensatie is er een prachtige tuin waar je heerlijk kan zitten. Een vriendelijke en attente eigenaar die altijd bereikbaar is en bereid is je te helpen
Mooie stranden met coctailbars en het centrum van Avola op loopafstand. Restaurantjes zijn goed bereikbaar.
Avola is een goede uitval basis om de omgeving te verkennen. Wel heb je hierbij een auto nodig.
De accommodatie is netjes. OP de stranden en de omgeving vonden we wel dat er veel zwerfafval ligt.

A very nice place to stay in Avola
An exellent place to stay in Avola. Location is perfect. You do not need to use your car everyday. Shops can be reached by foot and city center is quite near as well. A free parking is a bonus to this place. Beach is within walking distace and the garden is very beautiful and secure for kids. The owner, Pino, is extremely helpful and a very nice person!

Ottima posizione gentilezza e disponibilità
Tra fine agosto e settembre siamo stati in quattro adulti ( genitori e due figlie adolescenti) ed il nostro golden retriever nell'appartamento Marte: la posizione è perfetta, un po' defilato dal centro di Avola ma comunque vicinissimo (10 minuti a piedi) e le spiaggia di Avola (anche in questo caso raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 min) dove il nostro cane ha potuto nuotare senza problemi. A due passi dalla casa ci sono i negozi ( macellaio, pescheria ed un piccolo supermercato a conduzione famigliare) per la spesa quotidiana, mentre se preferite ci sono a 500 m. almeno 4 grandi supermercati.
Il giardino sul retro, curatissimo, è perfetto per una siesta all'ombra leggendo un buon libro. La camera grande ha un efficacissimo condizionatore. La stanza più piccola è un po' sacrificata ma è stata comunque funzionale per le due figlie.
Sicuramente la disponibilità e la gentilezza del Sig. Pino che comunque è sempre presente in caso di bisogno ha reso il soggiorno ancora più tranquillo e piacevole.

Non conforme au descriptif
Désolé pino! Mais votre accueil tout a fait sympathique pouvait laisser entrevoir un séjour tout a fait agréable ce qui n'a pas été vraiment le cas.
Tout d'abord la chambre 2 est une pièce borgne sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Ensuite, la batterie de cuisine était insuffisante (aucune casserole, pas de bouilloire ni grille pain comme indiqué dans le descriptif).
De plus, non seulement gênés par les bruits de la rue très passagère, des concerts de chiens intempestifs tant le jour que la nuit, des travaux de construction d'un immeuble voisin a partir de 7 h du matin, nous avons subi les bruits des travaux du propriétaire lui même residant a l étage jusqu'à 2 h du matin.
Seul point positif un jardin magnifique mais dans un environnement très bruyant.

Très beau jardin. vaisselle un peu juste. beaucoup de bruit non de l'avenue mais des chiens environnants dont celui du propriétaire jour et nuit. bruit dans l'appartement venant de l'étage au dessus très tard dans la soirée.

L'appartamento è ampio (soprattutto una delle 2 camere da letto) ed inserito all'interno in un contesto privato con giardino.
Ottimo per una famiglia con bambini.
In casa c'è tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, consiglio solo di attrezzarsi per le zanzare, il giardino è bello, ma ovviamente il verde porta le zanzare.
La casa è comodissima sia per andare in centro paese (a piedi) che sul lungomare dove ci sono delle belle spiagge (noi consigliamo WAIKIKI beach).
La posizione è ideale per visitare i dintorni, Noto, Modica, la riserva di Vendicari ma anche Siracusa .
Il proprietario gentile, cordiale e disponibile.
Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei .

permanenza ad Avola
Siamo una coppia di Padova innamorata della Sicilia che conosciamo ormai bene. Quest'anno siamo tornati ad Avola e abbiamo scelto l'appartamento del signor Caramagno .L'appartamento è gradevole ed è inserito in un bellissimo giardino che il signor Pino cura con molta attenzione. L 'ubicazione è perfetta ,proprio a metà tra l lungomare e il centro così permette di andare a piedi dove si vuole senza obbligo di spostare la macchina . Il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile e noi alla prima occasione torneremo. Arrivederci signor Pino e grazie !1Barbara e Paolo

Perfekte Lage
Die Wohnung liegt wirklich in Fussgaengerdiststanz zu Strand und Zentrum. Sie ist sauber, geräumig und funktionell ausgestattet. Wunderbar ist der Garten. Pino ist ein aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Avola ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Entdeckung Suedostsiziliens und bestens geeignet um authentisches sizilianisches Kleinstadtleben zu genießen.

Appartamento decisamente carino e arredato molto bene: le dotazioni sono più che buone e tutto funziona perfettamente. Nelle vicinanze si trova di tutto, dalla spiaggia ai market e altri rivenditori. il Sig. Pino è cordialissimo, molto ospitale e disponibilissimo ed i suoi consigli sono stati preziosi. Il giardino, bellissimo, è curato con grande attenzione ed è veramente piacevole trascorrervi il tempo libero. Insomma, vacanza bellissima e aspettative perfettamente rispettate. Consigliato vivamente.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della sistemazione. Casa grande,pulita e accessoriata di tutto come scritto nell'annuncio.Giardino molto curato e proprietario disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato gelato ottimo al bar a fianco dell'abitazione e ci siamo serviti alla gastronomia sempre li vicino. Posizione strategica per visitare il barocco siciliano. Avola è vicinissima a Noto,Siracusa,ecc. gita faticosa ma spettacolare Cava Grande. Soddisfatti in pieno,consigliamo il posto.
