The Villa is in a quiet location but only a 5 minute drive from the beach & shops/restaurants in Can Picafort . It is a comfortable,modern Villa with excellent WiFi & quiet, efficient aircon. Pool was clean and a good size with excellent sun loungers and gardens. Beach towels were included. Nice outside covered sitting and eating area with BBQ too. Joan was very helpful responding promptly to all our questions and providing recommendations as required.

There is a charge for electric, we knew about this in advance & it worked out about 8€ per day for us (the meter can be seen in the utility room so you can see how much you are using daily). Some of the fixtures & fittings in the Villa are looking a bit tired but this wasn’t a problem during our stay.

Very calm place

Since we had to pay for electricity , moat equipments consumed alot. The house was very cold, we stayed during Christmas. Bad experience
