Exceptional

Boris the owner was very helpful and friendly from the beginning of the reservation, he actively communicated and solved our requests. During our stay, there were minor problems that Boris and Marijana promptly solved. They even brought our sister-in-law, who was celebrating her birthday, a huge birthday dessert that morning as a surprise, which tasted amazing. The accommodation is spacious, a large space outside, which was great for our small children. Location 3 minutes walk to the center, shops, bakery, beaches. You are everywhere fast. Although the street is "noisier", it didn't bother us at all, not even the children. The air conditioning is quiet and efficient even during the night. The house has everything you can think of. We will definitely be back.

A relaxing stay in Baška voda

Very cosy villa, lots of room, great outside area & close to the beaches. Kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed preparing our meals here. Martina who was our point of contact was very friendly, very helpful with everything.

I only deducted a point in the location category. The villa is close to everything, but as it sits on a relatively busy road it can get noisy at times.

Exceptional

Villa Bandic had everything we could have thought about or needed (all kind of glasses/ pots/ dishes, condiments, coffe, etc), it was like we were in our home. The host representative came every day to clean the yard and to ask if we needed something. One day she brought us a really good home made cake. The Villa is prettier than it looks online, it is beautifully framed in front of a high mountain. It has two bedrooms that are not so big (but their space is enough) at level two of the house. At the first floor it has a living room, a dinning room in front of the kitchen, and two bathrooms. One bigger bedroom with a bathroom is also at level one, and it has a separate entrance with no direct connection to the other two bedrooms from the upper floor, or the living/dinning room and the kitchen. We liked the interior space and also the exterior one. It has also a jacuzzi and the water is chlorinated every second day, it has also exterior furniture ( terrace furniture and two sunbeds). We had a relaxing and confortable time, and for sure we would come back!

Comfortable, stylish and clean accommodation close to the beach

My family and I absolutely loved the place! Nice villa, 2 bedrooms are inside the main area (have to go through the living room and kitchen and then a few steps up) and the third bedroom has a separate entrance from outside and its own bathroom. 2 people also can sleep in the living room on a sofa, so it easily accommodated our big company. Very clean and nicely designed place, great terrace - big table, comfortable chairs and electric grill (made a good use of it!) Spacious private parking! (we used it to play football=)) but I think it can easily have 3 cars!) The main promenade and beaches are just 2 minutes walk. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy and our hostess was very sweet and caring!

Simply the best for me so far.

It is simply just perfect, the property is beautiful, and is fully equipped. Very easy to deal with Boris, he was very nice to us, Martina is an angel, she had the property ready for us upon our arrival, she even surprised us with chocolate muffins. I really have to say thanks for both of you, and I hope we can come back next year.

I can not pick a single thing what I didn’t liked.
