The location was great but room needs to be updated.

The location was great. I was able to move to a bigger room for a small fee ($5 extra).

The pillows were terrible. (I had read this in many other reviews previous to my stay and was disappointed to find they had not been replaced). They were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The fridge was very noisy and I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. It was also way too small. Bathroom was unclean. There were hairs and built up dirt around tiles. The sink was not cleaned and had built up black stuff around plug hole and water overflow port. Decor was very drab and needs to be updated. Hot water did take a long while to come through(as was explained to me). I feel this is a terrible waste of water and probably should be updated.

Would stay again, perfect for short stay

It was very clean, well laid out room

The heater in our room didn’t work, they were waiting on a repair man to come. The fridge was a bit noisy, really noticed it at night time

everything we needed for an over night stay, friendly owner showed us to our room. , great value

convenient location, the room was all we need for an overnight stay, close to lots of small cafes for breakfast bed was very comfortable , nice hot shower. plenty of parking

hard to find as there’s no signage very noisy small fridge kept waking us up when it kicked in pillows were as hard as rock had to pay in cash which was a little strange in this day & age

Great for an overnight stay.

Overall we were impressed with the accommodation and it certainly met our expectations. The area the unit was in was great for walking, didn't need to drive to the beach or restaurants and the markets were very close. Really great for an overnight stay. Air conditioning worked well and unit very clean. Plenty of street parking. Very good value.

The fridge was quite noisy during the night.

Location good, room perfectly adequate for a short stay. Secure .

The cash only for room payment is a bit of a pain. Room fridge could be marginally bigger. Isn't the easiest to find but if you look at the photos you can identify the place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Absolutely Nothing!!!

Was nothing like the pictures....No balcony? Tiny bedroom including ensuite about 3m x 3m 😠 Absolutely No hot water (waited like 15-20minutes)😠 Reverse cycle air conditioner did not work, meaning no heater on a 5 degree night😠 Pubic hair on the floor mat😠 Blood stains on the towels😠 Need I say more...😠

Exceptional

The accomodation was excellent and in a brilliant location.

Hot water could heat up quicker. But this is a known issue by the owner who advised us as such.

Location was great and bed was comfortable

Smelt like vomit on bed cushions and carpet. Dirty hand towel when we arrived. Shower takes 2-3 minutes to heat up - not environmentally sustainable. Heating air-conditioning was not working and when we requested a discount, the owner fogged it off saying we were lucky it wasn't summer.

disappointing

Not getting correct cost on receipt $10 short Being told hours before i arrive I need to pay in cash Air con / heat not working and no instructions No signage outside of buildingshowing were it is Owner banging on door at 7.30 am looking for key saying he thought i had left with keys - even though tv and shower on.

It was lovely ,quite and very clean. The owner or manager was very pleasant and explaine everything.

location was good, nice and quiet .Clean and comfortable. lovely shower and basin . All up very nice .

It took a long time for water to come through . Just a suggestion the tv would be better placed on wall at end of bed and picture put elsewhere as it was hard to watch from side of bed . Some sort of signage at entry would help. saves annoying other bussiness.

Maybe better signage on arrival as we and other couples had problems finding the ally to enter.

Longer walk to Theatre than expected with husband needing walking stick.

Bed was comfortable, quiet and location adequate for our needs.

For 1 night it was adequate but room very small. Would like to see mugs instead of cups for tea/coffee.

A comfortable stay in a beautiful part of WA

The bed was super comfortable. The room was modern and clean. It felt homely and not sterile. The location was superb. It was very private and tucked away.

Because it was on the coast I thought it might have an ocean view. This didn’t really bother me but it might for others.
