Siendo una casa de familia debe objetivamente valorarse como tal. No es un hotel como para exigir un servicio a cambio de dinero. Mi opinión al respecto no puede ser objetiva ya que me sentí demasiado cómodo y en amistad con la gente que vive allí. Por lo tanto las falencias que pudieron haber habido se compensan con los buenos momentos vividos tanto con los hijos como con los padres que viven allí. Flexibilidad y buena voluntad para hacer de la estadia de uno algo especial.

Perfect location! Just a block away from the best sunset I’ve seen in Colombia, there’s a really nice park to walk all along the edge of town and a little further up the hill there are some nice restaurants and cafes. A short walk into downtown too, ideal location for getting to know the center of Manizales and close enough to the cable cars. Very cute family run business with clean, comfortable rooms and a really nice common area and balcony. Kitchen had everything I needed. I was one of the only guests during my stay which is a shame because for the price I think this was my favorite place to stay in all of Colombia so far.

Fantastic for the money you pay. Really nice staff, we extended our stay. Large kitchen & rooms, cleanliness was good & super hot water!

You'll want earplugs. Or better rubber ended headphones to play brown noise, thunderstorms etc. The street noise is intense, and there's an old timers bar that runs tunes until 3am or later.

One room with window is facing to the street would have nosies all night long. The other room doesn't have a window. I decided to stay more days and did the host a favor not booking it via booking.com so they don't pay commissions. However, when I reach out to them for a return, they told me a price which is even higher than booking price. I would never doing a favor again.
