Located in Lamoine, this attractive house for $402 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy your vacation in a private home near Acadia National Park! This two bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned home is perfect for a couple on a romantic escape or small family looking for a getaway with all the comforts of home. Large kitchen has granite countertops, full fridge/freezer, dual oven, microwave, dishwasher and large sink. Keurig, cookware and dining utensils provided. Wine bar connecting kitchen and living room with dual temperature wine cooler, stocked with glasses, corkscrews, etc. Full dining room features front windows overlooking the lawn and landscaped patio. Living room includes comfy seating, large smart tv and mantel with non-functioning fireplace (display only). The large master suite with adjoining bathroom features a Queen bed, sliding door to small deck and patio, electric fireplace and flat screen tv. Master bath is connected with French doors and features a Jacuzzi tub large enough for two, standing shower, extensive closet space, marble sink and marble tile floors. Washer and dryer. Second bedroom has a double bed, dresser and small closet, and a window facing the woods. Second bathroom has a tub/shower. Office includes an executive desk, bookcase with games and books, and printer. Ideal spot for those vacationers who need to check in with work, or want a quiet space with their computer. Location is private and quiet, set in the woods with a large lawn and landscaped stone patio. Outside seating area, gas grill, propane fire table and hammock are available for use. Garage may be used to store bikes or kayaks. You'll often see deer and small wildlife, particularly in the morning! The entire house is run on electricity and uses an eco-friendly geothermal heating system, which is not only better for the environment but creates the perfect temperature and humidity controlled interior climate. So whether it's a chilly Maine day or hot and sunny, you're sure to be comfortable! The system recirculates filtered air every 15 minutes, which is beneficial for those who suffer from allergies. This home is located in the center of Lamoine, Maine. It's 3 miles from Lamoine beach, 2 miles from Marlboro beach and 1.5 miles to Lamoine State Park. 25 minute drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. 40 minute drive in the other direction to Schoodic. Shopping and dining in Ellsworth, Bangor, Blue Hill, Hancock and Mount Desert Island. The home is located on a quiet wooded road. Dogs are welcome (two dogs maximum). A medium- or large-sized wire inside crate is available upon request and large outside fenced in area. Plenty of space for your pup to run! Great road for walking and the area/Acadia is generally very dog friendly. It's a quiet road so please be courteous to the neighbors.

Wonderful property. It’s a bit difficult to find (DO NOT use Waze or Google Maps. Use only Apple Maps if possible), especially in the dark, but once you get there, it’s fantastic. It’s quiet, private, and pristine.
The property itself is awesome. Exceedingly clean, and very well stocked.
The hosts are very responsive and reply to messages almost immediately.
You won’t go wrong staying here. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definately return.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Loved the dog kennel for the dog. The jacuzzi tub was a welcome relaxation after a long hike. Super accommodating owners. Had the best of times.

No complaints about the house. It was clean, new and on a quite private street. It’s about a 35 minute drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia but we really enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor at night.

Kelly’s house was probably the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. The space was pristine, all major amenities accounted for including things for pets. It was also very thoughtfully designed and laid out.
Kelly was also super responsive to any messages (though we barely needed to ask her anything as all details were laid out ahead of time and at the house).

Kelly’s place so wonderful. Only 30 mins drive from Acadia. It’s one of the most well-stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in and we are experienced travelers. If you are looking for a comfortable, tranquil place with all the amenities of home, you should check this out. You will not be disappointed. We only wish our stay was longer. Will definitely consider booking again in the future. Thank you Kelly. Your house made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Clean, quiet, beautiful spacious property that was close to so much the area had to offer. Plenty of room for our family (4 adults) and 2 pups. We loved the convenience of the dog run. Check in & out was easy peasy. Would definitely come back.

The house was very clean; everything felt very new and modern. Toiletries, cleaning supplies, and a fair number of pantry items were well stocked. The single floor layout made it easy for us to keep an eye on our toddler.
The location is a pleasant, quiet woodland area in Lamoine about 30 minutes from Bar Harbor and a short drive to Ellsworth. Deer walked across the yard every day at dawn and dusk.
We'd definitely choose this property again.

Our family of four just spent a lovely week enjoying the splendid Acadia National Park and surrounding coastal harbor areas. We were here in the busy season (August) so after the hustle of Bar Harbor/Acadia, the house in the woods was fantastic. Lots of space for the boys to throw the baseball, our dog to run around, and a gorgeous garden with bees and hummingbirds!
House is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Easy 20-30 minutes to the park.
Highly recommend.

A perfect week in Maine
This was our second trip to Maine and our first time staying in this wonderful home. The location was perfect - a secluded feeling while being just minutes from the Lamoine Beach, Ellsworth, and just a short drive to Acadia. The home was the best stocked rental and tended home we have ever visited. We would return in a heartbeat.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Kelly's place. The home is super clean, beautifully decorated, and situated on a peaceful & picturesque wooded lot that is less than a 30min drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It is the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in, and we enjoyed the bright stars at night and the deer grazing in the yard in the morning. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the gorgeous bathroom with jacuzzi tub! We were able to bring our dog with us as well which was a HUGE bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we come back into town :)

Quite simply, this is a beautiful home! The kitchen is state of the art, the dining room, office and family room are so pretty. The the master bath is stunning! I felt sad going back to my bathrooms at home… LOL. This is the most well-stocked rental home I’ve seen. The kitchen has everything you need.
Taking a hot tub after a long day of hiking was great! We spent most of our time on Mount Desert Island and originally were looking to stay there. But due to availability we couldn’t. This was about a 25 to 30 minute drive door-to-door into Bar Harbor so that’s not bad. We were there the end of August/start Sept. but there was not much traffic going into MDI.
Kelly and Sheri were communicative and let us know we could contact them if we needed anything! Thank you both for providing such a nice place to stay!
