Nice house enough for 6, air-conditioning in each room, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds, soffa bed and additional folding bed been provided, bedding and towels been changed very often(every 2-3days) . All around the houses well maintained
Spectacular view from the end of the village but not from our property which was in the middle.
No microwave, oven, and coffeemaker not enough things for cooking if you want home made food especially for big family as some of us couldn't eat out because of special needs. Swimming pool close at 6pm and if you are not owner not enough sunbeds around the swimming pool. Beaches are far away definitely need a car. No near breakfast or lunch definitely need good shopping for your stay from Lidl by car!!! The restaurant in the village opens at 6pm we never went. Nice places to eat out minimum 40 min walking.

The pool was huge and water temperature perfect. The view was amazing. The village very beautiful and well maintained. The apartment was very spacious with nice view. It was very quiet and pleasant we were at high season and it was not crowded
The chairs for guests are at the far end of the pool all other chairs are reserved and guests are not allowed to sit by the pool which is very weird (most chaurs were unoccupied). The apartment is not equipped there is washing machine with no detergent no dish soap or dishwasher tablets no coffee or tea. The bed had sheets that do not fit.

Location. Pool. Amazing architecture. Old ruins on site.
No welcome. No pool towels and limited spaces for guests around the pool. Complex seems to be loosing its vibe after the sad passing of the original owner.

Nice resort ,beautiful landscape ,smooth check in and check out ( friendly ,smiling and English speaking receptionist ) ,nice villa
I wish the pool was heated ( as it was quite cold ) .May be we came towards the end of the season ( first week of September) so it was empty from guests and staff ! The reception is not working all the time ,Cleaning every three days is a bit strange -recommend it to be daily .

Nicely maintained complex with a pool. Great view when walking around. Has restaurants and small store with basics. Large apartment with everything needed for a nice stay. A great and safe place for kids. Pets are welcome.
The property was slightly depreciated - old taps, hard to open drawers, etc. No beach within walking distance, the roads don't really have sidewalks. So you have to go anywhere outside including to Sozopol by car.

A very nice place for a family vacation: comfy, clean, secure and quiet.
The shop on the territory doesn't accept cards.

A good range of meals is offered. Products were fresh and tasty. Everyone was very polite.
There wasn't a thing I didn't like.

Hotel manager was nice and apologetic about the miscommunication, the house was decent and a good size. Good location for local beaches and the playroom was nice.
This accommodation was such a letdown. Our first trip away in 2 years, we had visions of relaxing besides the beautiful looking pool, enjoying the views and amenities. Well buried beneath the covid waffle was the fine print that the pool wasn't in fact opening until half way through our stay - it wasn't mentioned on any correspondence and could easily be overlooked. Worse still, it didn't even open then due to maintenance issues - still appeared closed along with basically everything else on the 'resort' when we left. It was a ghost town. The only thing functioning were the overly zealous security who accosted you every time you came in.
Also highly misleading - none of the houses sport sea or pool views, instead they look on to other houses. The house itself was poorly equipped, many things in a state of disrepair and not so much as a toaster or hairdryer. For the price you pay quite honestly it was a huge ripoff. The only redeeming quality was the location in proximity to the beaches, but you would get the same elsewhere for far less money, or at least including breakfast, a functioning pool and basic resort-like amenities.

The villas are spacious and comfortable with good-sized rooms and all necessary amenities (ac, wifi, kitchenette, decent bathrooms, comfy beds). Very nice pool with a lovely view over the sea. If you’re not bothered by the two shortcomings mentioned below you would have a great time.
There were two things that did not live up to the standard:
- Very poor restaurants. There are two restaurants on the property, one with a super nice view over the sea and one hidden between the villas. The food is average at best (grilled calamari was recommended but had no flavor, fried aubergine and zucchini were very poor) and the staff really doesn’t match the place (unkempt looking waiters - one had such strong body odor it was unpleasant to order; frustrated attitude and poor recommendations). Would highly recommend not eating at either restaurant and instead going to Yujen Polyh down the road or any of the delicious places in and around Sozopol.
- Weird dynamic at the pool where beach beds are “tagged” with house numbers or the names of “owners” (the complex is a mix of houses for sale and for rent). “Owners” have the majority of the beds and only small numbers are marked for “guests” (i.e. people staying at the hotel) and sprinkled around the pool area. Guest beds are not well marked and it’s not clear that not all houses have a numbered bed. We arrived at 6pm for a quick swim, pool was nearly empty, but we were still made to get up from an “owner” bed and sit in the back of the pool area on a “guest” one. Pool attendant wasn’t able to quickly tell us where to go, had to go and check in the system which beds were “allowed” for us. All in all, leaves you with the feeling that your business is less valuable because you are a mere customer :/ I’d expect them to find a way to preserve the sense of exclusivity for their members without offending others, who surely contribute to the bottom line. Especially given I imagine “owners” have long ago stopped eating at the surprisingly poor restaurants!

Nice room furniture and overral resort planning
The restaurant music that was next door

The included breakfast offered a conservative amount of options, which are sufficient for most. The apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The village is very quiet overall and aesthetically pleasing.
There were no English menus at the bar. The restaurant only had a single pile of black and white printed papers as an English menu. Guest sunbeds were very few and made out of simple plastic, while owners of the houses there had reserved wooden sunbeds with cushions.
