Excellent location being a five minute easy walk to the centre. Fabulous sea views from the garden. Apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. Great shower. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating.
Very minor suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms. Really nothing that we didn’t like.

The property was in a great location only steps away from the beach, beautifully decorated throughout and very comfortable with a lovely garden terrace looking out to sea. The pool area was a lovely option late eve when the sun leaves the terrace however it is a bit of a climb up to the pool but worth it for the view.
The apt block is on a very dangerous corner of the road so you have to be very careful crossing over to the beach side. Sometimes the traffic was very noisy but this was mostly early morning and during the day. The entrance way to the front door was a little worn and not very well lit at night so you had to be extra careful.

property beautiful, clean and location was great
THE POOL, far away from the apartment, loads of steps up. when we arrived the pool was under maintenance. there was a work cones and wires all over the pool, it was not safe to swim inside. we got a green light from property owners to used the pool but one of the maintenance workers started screaming at us when I moved the cones to let the kids to enter the pool. it was a stressful situation, kids got upset. So we only used pool for 5 min in our whole stay. very disappointed.

We have been quite a few times in Sesimbra, this apartment is by far the best you can get there. Great location, extremely friendly hosts. I can recommend it unreservedly.

Mario and Lijia were excellent hosts and available for any questions. The day before our arrival, the building water needed to be shutoff so they booked us in a hotel down the street for the first night. Obviously, it was not ideal to have to move, but it was out of their control and they resolved the situation quickly. When we came the next day, we’re were happy to see the apartment was really clean, well-decorated, and at a great location just steps from the beach. It was very quiet and parking is right outside the door. We had a great stay and would definitely stay at the apartment again on our next visit to Sesimbra!

Excelent apartment in a priceless location, literally less than a 5 minutes walk to get to the beach!
With all the commodities needed, including a parking slot in front of the apartment.
Perfectly suited for families with children, having a small garden for kids to play nice and securely.
Impossible to ask for more!

Perfect location, right in front off the beach. The apartment has all the necessary commodities. It also has a parking space adjacent to the apartment and free wifi.

The Appartment is very well appointed with eye for details and guest convenience.
Car parking directly in front, good beds, nice small garden (great for the kids). Well isolated windows. But most important perfectly located at the beach and boulevard. Very nice!
All fine, building is a bit old but this is the price to pay to be at this privileged location. You could hear neighbors walking but it did not disturb us at all.

Our host was very kind and helpfull. Made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Always made sure evrything was to our liking.
