I'm from Ukraine, had to cancel my trip last-minute because the country canceled all flights that day. The property refused to give full or partial refund or give any flexibility with the dates. At the end I still used 9 nights out of 10 (well not me, gave it as a gift to my niece studying in Spain), but I know other properties were more flexible under the circumstance, so I don't recommend this one. Oh and the deposit came back only after 2 weeks and a reminder.

The location was good. The apartment was bad, extremely unsafe for children.

We had to collect the keys from a shop which was over a 10 minute walk, the keys were extremely dodgy and did not work properly, 1 of the balcony doors did not lock which was really unsafe for our son, the light in the bedroom didn’t work, we said we needed a cot and were told that would not be a problem and when we arrived and asked where it was, we were told one couldnt be provided, when we tried to call the host for assistance he never answered and then sent a message saying he didn’t understand English.

The smallest bed in history of mankind, apartment not very clean, kitchen inventory needs update. Waited 8 hrs for plumber to show to repair exploded boiler. 48 hrs no hot water still waiting on reply in regard to compensation!!!!!
