Abbiamo soggiornato in questa spendida casa nella settimana di Ferragosto. Siamo stati molto bene. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, è accogliente, funzionale, spaziosa, davvero molto pulita con accessori nuovissimi, negli armadi ci sono molti spazi vuoti che consentono agli ospiti di sistemare con agio le proprie cose. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione centrale che consente di fare la spesa e uscire la sera senza prendere la macchina. Sono forniti anche alcuni beni di prima necessità (biancheria di cucina/sale/zucchero/olio/detersivi etc.). I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a dare informazioni, hanno lasciato parecchia documentazione sulle attrazioni turistiche. Torneremo sicuramente!

Amazing hosts and great apartment!

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment the booking was confirmed Stefano kept us updated, provided us with help and local information before our arrival. When we arrived at the apartment they greeted us with all the information we would need for our stay and a lovely food hamper. The apartment was clean, spacious, in a great location and had everything we needed for a brilliant family holiday. There were even toys that our 2 year old son could play with during our stay and a pram that we used. Stefano was easily contactable before and throughout our stay, even sending us suggestions for things to do on a rare rainy day. I would certainly recommend and hope to return ourselves, a week wasn't long enough!

Siamo appena stati a Villasimius alloggiando in questa casa e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Casa spaziosa, accogliente e dotata veramente di ogni comfort. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno fatto trovare un cestino con i beni di prima necessità e sono stati veramente disponibili. La consigliamo anche per la posizione, vicina al centro paese e ottima per visitare tutte le spiagge. La camera matrimoniale da sulla strada, ma nonostante sia un po' trafficata, abbiamo comunque dormito benissimo, senza essere disturbati, nè di giorno nè di notte (anche ns. figlio di due anni e mezzo). Per i bimbi c'è di tutto, dal seggiolino auto, seggiolone, alzatina, lettino, sparra letto, giochi spiaggia... La consigliamo e torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie e mia figlia in questo accogliente appartamento situato davvero a pochi passi dal centro del paese. La casa è dotata di tutto l'occorrente, davvero ben fornita, con soggiorno e camere molto ampie e curate, connessione internet, lavastovoglie, condizionatore! Non mancherò di tornare a fare visita ai gentilissimi proprietari!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 12 giorni nel mese di settembre. La casa è CENTRALISSIMA, la srera si può uscire senza toccare la macchina! In appartamento si trovano tutti i comfort: lavatrice lavastoviglie condizionatore maccina del caffè...... Il signor Stefano è veramente gentile onesto e disponibile Non posso che consigliare altre persone a soggiornare in questo apparyanento che è a due passi da spiagge MERAVIGLIOSE. Questa parte della sardegna è stupenda, selvaggia incontaminata e poco mondana

Abbiamo piacevolmente occupato l'appartamento (2 adulti e 2 bambine) a fine agosto-primi di settembre. Immobile in posizione centralissima, molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi (veramente 2 passi!!) la zona pedonalizzata di Villasimius. La casa è pulita ed accogliente, molto accessoriata e curata: una casa dove si può tranquillamente vivere sempre e non una semplice casa vacanze. I proprietari assolutamente squisiti e premurosi, addirittura ci hanno accolto con un gradito cesto di prodotti locali utilissimi. L'accesso al parcheggio privato a disposizione risulta un pò difficoltoso ma nelle stradine circostanti non abbiamo mai faticato a trovare un posto dove lasciare l'auto. L'unica nota negativa è che a causa della sistemazione viaria data a Villasimius (sensi unici e pedonalizzazione serale) la strada ove è collocata la proprietà risulta un pò trafficata e questo porta a una certa rumorosità nelle ore notturne e di prima mattina.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento io, mio marito e il nostro di bimbo di 20 mesi due settimane ad agosto. I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto trovare anche seggiolone e lettino. L'appartamento centralissimo è comodo a tutti i servizi, ma anche alla spiaggia di Villasimius; dispone di un parcheggio che si è rivelato indispensabile in quei giorni di grande affolamento.

Accolti con cestino di prodotti tipici. Il paese è vicino alle viste più belle del cagliaritano e offre tutti i servizi e intrattenimenti serali. Particolarmente incantevole la spiaggia di Porto Giunco, a 10 minuti di auto. I proprietari garantiscono massima disponibilità per tutto il soggiorno.

Appartamento al primo piano di una palazzina, molto ben curato, accogliente, funzionale, dotato di tutti i comfort (wi-fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata) in comoda posizione, vicinissimo al centro ed ai servizi del paese. Noi (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi) ci siamo trovati benissimo anche grazie alla cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari. The apartment was beautifully prepared, really clean. Compared to the photos, there were several improvements! Everything worked as it should. The apartment we chose well thanks to its location close center of city. On the beach we went by car. For evening strolls through the city could take only a few steps....exactly how we wanted!!!We were in Sardegna for fourth time and this was the best accommodations! If we decide to go to Sardinia next year again - we chooses to Stefano!They are the best hosts you could ever hope!Once again many thanks to Orras family!

Ho soggiornato per 10 giorni in questo bellissimo, comodo e accogliente appartamento a metà giugno con mio marito e mio figlio. Situato in posizione centrale del paese, tranquillo, comodo per passeggiate, per spesa e per raggiungere le varie spiagge sia del paese che nei dintorni. Padroni molto cortesi e disponibili, lo consiglio per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia ragazza nel ponte pasquale, appartamento carino e nonostante la posizione molto centrale, molto riservato e silenzioso. é situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima ai ristoranti ed ai negozi raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. La spiaggia di Simius é altre si raggiungibile a piedi in un quarto d'ora circa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a suggerirti i locali più caratteristici del posto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Il mare è stupendo! Posizione centralissima e a pochi passi dai servizi. La casa spaziosa e luminosa. La cucina molto attrezzata! I proprietari genitlissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno saputo dare molte dritte! Viaggiando con una bambina piccola è stato una bella sorpresa trovare seggiolone, lettino e accessori vari.. Inclusi adirittura giochi x la spiaggia! Villasimius merita! Torneremo presto!
