Also downstairs is a Hangout room with a pull out sofa for sleeping 2 more, plus a couch Level 2: Upstairs there are two primary bedrooms, one primary has a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The second primary bedroom houses a Queen sized bed. Kitchen: Also upstairs is the kitchen with new solid surface counters and a breakfast bar for three. Living: The upstairs living area has a large flatscreen TV with cable. Two recliners and a couch and love seat for enjoying the wood burning fireplace. Upstairs Bedroom 1 is attached to a hall accessible bath off the living room. Dining: Across from the kitchen is the Dining area with seating for 8. Game Area: Just to the left around a corner is a game table/extra dining table with seating for four. Upstairs Bedroom 2 with an attached bath is off the game area. Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill. *All items within the homes are inspected periodically.
