Finding the business office to get the key was a tricky. Would have been easier to park in the main parking lot and walk to the business office. The building is a little dated but the condo was very nice. The lock seemed to get stuck when using the key pad. Had to try multiple times before the door would open. The couch needs to be replaced! We couldn't sit on it. It was so uncomfortable and felt like it was broken. Beds were amazingly comfortable!!! Loved overlooking the ocean from the bedroom. The WiFi went out so we had no internet service during out stay. No ones fault, just be mindful that your cell service may be limited in the building. Having to strip the beds and wash the towels before leaving was odd. Overall a nice place to stay. Would consider staying again if ever in the area.

But it wasn't there. VRBO was not helpful. Vacation was ruined! Had to go home...no place to stay. Still trying to resolve this situation and get a refund.

My husband, myself and our two elementary aged kids stayed two nights here in October. The only thing this place has going for it is it’s right on the beach with an absolutely gorgeous view. There were many things that weren’t great about it. First, I wasn’t sent the information on how to access the condo. I had to contact the host just hours prior to my arrival to get it. Second, the check in process is a bit tedious. Pick up the key from one location, go to condo building, access front entrance, go up to condo, grab garage door opener then go back down and move your vehicle to the garage. The parking spot is SUPER tight if you have any kind of vehicle larger than a 4 door coupe. The departure process is just as bad. Go to parking garage, move vehicle out of garage, enter the building through the front, go back up to condo to drop key and garage opener off, then you can go back to your car to leave. In the kitchen there’s a PAPER window shade that’s stretched out and stained. Looks disgusting. The sink in the kitchen will keep slowing running unless you move the lever to JUST the right spot. The washer was good and large capacity but the dryer took forever to dry, over an hour for a medium sized load. The air conditioner is very loud and the AC filter is absolutely disgusting and caked with dust. There’s no way it’s been changed any time recently. The hallway light by the “extra” bedroom doesn’t work and the stove light doesn’t work either. The furniture is worn and looks like it was yard sale leftovers that no one wanted. The master bed is a foam mattress and you sink into in making it difficult to roll anywhere else on the bed (and I only weigh about 140 lbs). The listing states there’s lamps with USB plugs in the bedroom, there are not. Not a big deal but worth mentioning since the listing says they are there. Also, the listing says the pier is about 1.5 miles. This is WAY off. It’s about 3.7 miles. Part of why I booked it because it was supposed to be within walking distance. Three miles was way too long for my kids to walk to. Lastly, the WIFI is worthless. Not good at all. I’m sure the host will respond as they do to all negative reviews and say it’s the “most sought after unit”, which may be true but my guess would be it’s solely because of the beach view. Would not recommend.

The 5th floor balcony overlooking the ocean gave our family some of the most breathtaking views, photographs, videos, and life-long memories we msy ever have. The only thing better than sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down over the ocean was watching it come up in the morning with coffee in hand. The condo was clean and exceeded our expectations. The on site manager was friendly, and full of information and good advice. Getting into the condo was as easy as checking out. We would stay here again and if one of these condos were available to purchase we would consider it. Cannot rate the condo, staff, or property owners high enough. Nothing but class here, you need look no farther.

I will note that the living room furniture needs an update... it’s noticeably worn (i.e. I’m 6’ 180 lbs and I sank into the sofa like a 400 lbs man). Overall, it was worth it at the price we paid.

I cannot recommend this highly enough. Sparkly clean. Excellent appliances. Out of this world location. A block, or less, from excellent dining.

There were two issues that brought the rating from 5 down to 4/5. First, the loud karaoke music at the bar next doorade it difficult to enjoy the balcony in the evenings. Second, the A/C is so loud next to the kids room that we were unable to run it at night. Overall, still a positive experience and would probably stay again if we are in the area. The pool access and the covered and secured garage were nice to have as well.

The space was clean and spacious. The only reason I would give this a 4 star review is the check out is too early and the the check in is too late. Even though there are cleaning fees included with your price, you still have to strip the beds and wash your towels before you leave. We were not impressed with the area either. The unit was clean which was the most important. If you know and like the area, I would recommend this place.
