Quiet neighborhood, large areas, clean and well equipped. Very close to main road, supermarket and other services. I loved it!

Loved this property and it’s location. At front of the resort, easy access to shop and cafe. It was clean, well equipped and air conditioning very much appreciated!!!! Everything from booking right until we checked out was perfect - great holiday in a very comfortable apartment!! Thank you

Beautiful, comfortable apartment on a gorgeous complex. Everything was spotless and its like a home from home. Friede is a great host and very helpful. Location amazing, things to do for all the family. This is the 2nd time we have visited this apartment and would highly recommend.

L’appartement se trouve dans un complexe verdoyant et très bien entretenu. La location est conforme à l’annonce. Tout le nécessaire est présent. La piscine la plus proche est à moins de 30 secondes à pied. Elle est très belle et donne sur le restaurant du complexe qui est très agréable avec des prix raisonnables. Les piscines sont toutes aussi belles les unes que les autres. Le personnel est sympathique. La plage la plus proche est à 10 min à pied ce qui est un vrai plus. Nos adolescents se rendaient au strip en 20 à 25 minutes à pied. Nous n’avons presque pas utilisé la voiture ce qui est appréciable. Mon séjour était parfait. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

We have just returned from staying in the apartment for one week. It was a great size, as we were a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children. Kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. 2 bathrooms were great with so many of us. Apartment is located at the front near the main road , but this is no problem as road not too busy and you cannot hear traffic at night at all once in the apartment. Location was great, so many swimming pools to choose from. Apartment located close to reception and main swimming pool. This was busy and you had to get there early for a sun lounger , however we were happy to lie in the grassy areas. And the other pools had sun loungers available at most times of the day. It’s a 10 minute walk to the local beach, which we visited a couple of times. We took the free bus a couple of times into Albufeira , which you just booked at reception. Staff on reception were friendly and really helpful. Myself and step daughter went on a 2 hour horse trek, at an English riding school, which was great and only a 20 minute walk from the golf village. It was great fun. The bar and restaurant located near main pool nearest reception had a buffet available each evening, which we did have one evening and was good and children enjoyed , bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk away , local large supermarket was 15 minute walk away . However two smaller ones just outside entrance of village, we purchased fresh bread daily for breakfast. All in all a great apartment, fantastic location, ideal for families with children.

This is our 9th stay at Balaia. The property was in a good location close to the reception, shops and pools. However, in comparison to the accommodation we have used in the past, I do think It could perhaps benefit from some updating as there were a few cracked tiles and some skirting board unattached. Everything was in good working order, but because there were a lot of ornaments that hadn't been cleaned properly there was quite a lot of dust around. Sadly there also seemed to be some problems with the drainage right outside our apartment so there was often a rather unpleasant smell, although luckily this didn't seem to be too bad once inside the apartment. Balaia is a great place to stay though, so these little things did not stop us from having a lovely holiday with family and friends, just a few things that could be improved for future visitors.
