The view. Aircoditioning. Tenniscourt and swimmingpool. Privacy. The host "Maria" is the best, she is very kind and helpfull. The small city Portbou is not very touristic which we like. 2 Good restaurants: Ricky and Voramar(Michelinstar worthy).

The beds. In one room ( the masterbedroom) the bed is big enough the outher beds are to small and the mattresses of the beds (except the masterbedroom) are poor. They must invest in that!! The bathrooms and kitchen are outdated but that is not very important because the price of the villa is reasonable.
