Propriétaire réactif, bel appartement fonctionnel, vue magnifique comme sur la photo et excellente localisation (calme et à proximité de tout).

Un appartement bien conçu avec les équipements qu'il faut. Le linge de lit, de table et de toilette fournis allegent les valises. Wifi correct. Le ménage compris est un luxe bien apprécié. Mais le top du top, c'est la vue du balcon, on ne s'en lasse jamais. Un appartement dans une super résidence familiale avec la piscine, les animations et la proximité des commerces, restaurants et plages ( nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisé la voiture ) pour des vacances de rêves. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Nice compact apartment very well located. The position overlooking the marina is perfect and out towards the Mediterranean is lovely. Convenient shops and cafes very close and a lovely pool where there was always somewhere to sit. Nicolás was a delightful and responsive host.

We spent a week at this apartment in Port Argeles. It was very easy to find and the owner was waiting for us with the keys. There is a barrier operated carpark available on site. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people with a double room and a small room with bunk beds. There is one sofa and a table with 6 dining chairs as well as dining furniture and deck chairs on th balcony. The view from the balcony is excellent and as shown in the pictures, with a side view over the communal pool and a full view over the marina and out towards the sea. There are beaches either side of the marina a short walk away. Cooking facilities are basic with a microwave oven and hob but the kitchen area is well equipped, although small. It is very easy to eat out as you are right by all the bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay and would certainly return to this lovely area and this apartment.

We have just returned from a week in this comfortable apartment. It is exactly as described. It is well located for restaurants, shops and beaches. The views are fantastic and we also enjoyed the facilities. We are hoping to return next year.

Tout d'abord un grand merci à monsieur Lebreton qui a accepté que l on change nos dates de vacances sans aucun problème. Pour ce qui est de la location elle est très bien située entre plage et montagne et bien équipée avec une vue imprenable sur le port et la Mer. Nous le conseillons et nous reviendrons.

Magnifique vue de l'appart. Néanmoins attention aux couchages, 1 lit super dans la chambre, lits superposés qui grincent toute la nuit ainsi que le canapé lit, heureusement nous avions les matelas gonflables... Le matin réveil avec vue port et mer super

It has been eight years since our last visit and it was wonderful to note that only the road network had changed. The town of Argeles remains our favourite destination in the South West of France. We will return.

We had a super stay in this lovely light apartment last week overlooking Argeles port. The access to shops and restaurants was great and we loved sitting on the spacious balcony for breakfast and in the evening. The apartment is cosy for 4 large people but the beds comfortable and there was everything we needed (including helpfully a beach chair and mats and the two fans very useful as it was super hot!). We loved being in the residence with super large pool table tennis and court for volley ball for our teenage boys.....Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely bright apartment. The view was fabulous and the area buzzing, even in May. Lots to do. Would definitely recommend.
