Beautiful view

Everything else: - host arrived almost an hour late even though our time of arrival had been sent timely and one of the neighbors helped us reach him by phone.. - absolutely not 60m2, only if the half-private balcony is added to its size - bad parking (the guests' parking fills up quickly and it is hard to find a free spot in the street as well) - bad airco (poor performance and it was turned off automatically at night (in a password protected way!!) ) and no desk fans provided - floor tiles in the kitchen/living room were freezing cold and therefore very wet by morning every single day due to vapour condensation - terrible wifi (reception only on the balcony!) - not that clean - sloppy renovation (some switches have to be turned upwards to turn the lights on, some in the other way), door lock of the small bedroom not working) - poorly equipped kitchen: no microwave, the kitchenware was only just enough for 4 people, hardly enough pots/pans to cook - not enough towels for 4 (it may just be by mistake though)
