About this house rental
This is a property for the more discerning traveller who wants peace and quiet away from the crowds but everything within easy reach, with quality furnishings, tranquil, private, peaceful, spacious and stylish with fantastic sea views overlooking the resorts of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S'Illot yet only 10 minutes drive to their beautiful beaches. Also just 10 minutes away is the quaint, typical Mallorcan village of Son Carrio. Sitting in 10,000 sq metres of walled and fenced land, approached by a long private drive with electric gates, the property has 450 sq metres of accommodation comprising 5 bedrooms all with TV and en suit bathrooms, 2 of which have balconies, Downstairs are a dining room, large kitchen with TV, lounge with wood burning fire TV and DVD, downstairs toilet, laundry room. The décor is to a high standard and incorporates many Majorcan features. Outside there is a hot tub for 8 persons, a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool with solar heating, an adjoining bar, outside shower, barbecue with table and chairs for 10, ten sunbeds with tables and terraces. Restaurants, activities and shops are abundant in the resorts. Local Area: There are many golf courses around the area, Capdepera, Pula and Los Pinos all within a 20 minute drive ( there are two sets of clubs at the house ) and a driving range in Sa Coma about 10 minutes away. There are many horse riding establishments. The local village of Son Carrio and town of Son Servera are worth visiting as they are a true view of typical Mallorcan life with local tavernas and of course - tapas. They also have many fiestas and festivals which I have tried to incorporate in the welcome brochure. There are local resorts that cater for all tastes from quiet evenings for a drink or a meal, to live entertainment and night clubs, it depends on your personal taste. In the welcome brochure you will find local places of interest, plus recommended restaurants with approx. costs for meals. . Property: Guests can make their own way to the house or can be met at a convenient location and escorted to the property. A groundsman will call once a week to check and clean the pool and attend the garden areas, these are included in the rental. A car is essential if you wish to travel around the area, I appreciate that your holiday is a special event and if there is anything I can assist you in the enjoyment of your stay please do not hesitate to contact me or my staff. If babies are in your party, there are two cots, two strollers, a pram, two high chairs, a playpen, babybath and potties available. There is a bady gate at the top of the stairs Free Wifi is available at the house.

Everything of the description meets the reality, Paul is a great host, despite the huge thunderstorm happened in October 2018 in that area Paul was making any effort to repair the jacuzzi as well as some other damages. Thanks for your hospitality!

Amazing Villa with something for everyone
This villa is the tops! It really is a 'grand mansion'. We were a group of 10 being 6 adults ranging from 39 to 74 and 4 youngsters 12 to 15. We arrived late at night due to getting kids out of school etc. Even so the first thing they did was to get into the pool and would have been happy to stay there for the duration of the holiday. The pool is heated so no nasty cold shock or getting in gingerly, but still very refreshing. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned which made sleeping very comfortable. The beds and the quality of the bedding was good too. Each room has its own shower and jacuzzi bath, some with dressing area. There is plenty of lounging areas around the pool and on various terraces so plenty of room for a quiet space should you so wish. The jacuzzi is a bonus and a wonderful way to relax in the evening. We had a couple of bbq's where there is also enough room to seat 10 comfortably. Kitchen is more than adequate with every appliance you could possibly need. My husband has just said that I mustn't forget to mention the bar area by the pool where he was vety happy to sit serving cocktails and playing music. Overall we all had a fantastic holiday and made to feel extremely welcome by Karen and Paul the owners of this wonderful villa.

Villa Miramar June 2018
We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Villa Miramar.
We are family of 10 comprising 6 adults ranging from mid thirties to age 70 and 4 children ranging from 1 to 4 years.
The villa was perfect for us. It is spacious with lots of room for the children to run about, very clean, extremely well equipped and we wanted for nothing.
The configuration of the bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for us.
There is also plenty of outside space and a shady area to get out of the sun if required.
The two washing machines and two fridges were really useful.
The location of the villa was excellent for us as it is away from the built up areas,has fabulous views but is within easy reach of the supermarkets and the sea.
The pool was lovely and was the highlight of the holiday for the children.
They were in the pool every day and had a fantastic time.
All the extras such as the toys, swings,potties and buggies make the property child friendly which makes a big difference.
Having friendly, helpful owners nearby was most reassuring.
We have had a fantastic holiday, with beautiful weather and a super villa to stay in .

We've spent one week with 11 people in this beautiful place and really felt at home. This finca is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. We espacially liked the fact that each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom (some of them also have a dressing room or a balcony). In this way every Party had its privacy and nobody got in each others ways. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything one needs for cooking. The property is extensive and has a lot of differnt places to rest and enjoy the sea view. The pool was great fun during the day but we also really liked the jacuzzi for it was also quite chilly in the evenings or when the sun wasn't shining. A definite plus for the children were the turtoises which live in the garden. They looked for them every day and enjoyed feeding them.
Paul is a great host and welcomed us in the best way. He showed us around, gave us advice and provided us with everything we needed. It was a pleasure to meet him. We really recomend this place and would love to come back one time!

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Miramar in August 2017, along with our two young children and two other families with young kids. We found the villa to be very well equipped for a large group like ours. The bedrooms were really great, all very large (two were massive) and all with large en-suites.
The ground floor essentially breaks down into three rooms and to be honest we didn't use two of them as we were either outside or at the beach during the days/evenings. These south-facing rooms were also extremely hot with temps were approaching 40C during our stay. I would like to have had AC downstairs as well as upstairs, which was blissfully cool for sleeping. The kitchen provided everything we needed, albeit the dishwasher and oven door could do with a service/replacement as these were not working optimally which was frustrating.
The outside space and particularly the pool area is undoubtedly the biggest selling point of this villa. Great pool, kids play area, table tennis, boules pitch, bbq, various seating/dining areas; all made for a great time for the whole family.
The location was great for our needs, we wanted somewhere out of the way but with good access to the many great beaches on this side of the island. Having a hire car was absolutely essential obviously and I'd recommend pinning the villa location on you phone maps prior to arrival. This villa is off the beaten track so finding it for the first time is a challenge unless you are following a satnav. There is also a section of dirt track as you approach the villa which is fairly narrow and stony but perfectly navigable.
I would certainly recommend Villa Miramar to others.

Fantastic stay at a great house!
We loved it at Cala Millor. We were a group of 10 with 1 child and the house was perfect for us - huge rooms and wonderful outdoor space. The eating area outdoor also worked brilliantly. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely holiday home with the most fabulous views
It was lovely to find a secluded holiday accommodation with such fabulous views. The house is perched on a hillside, off the beaten track and away from the busy resort of Cala Millor. The house is very much the owner’s home with photos and souvenirs of family throughout the house, making it feel very much home from home. We arrived to a lovely welcome from the owners with an unexpected gift of beers, cava, milk and fruit and quickly settled in for the week.
The villa is huge and could easily accommodate two families. It is very well equipped, having five generously sized bedrooms, everything you could need in the kitchen and has a wonderful outside space. We spent many hours relaxing on the comfy sunbeds by the fantastic pool. Although the pool was too cold to use in early April, there were many other activities to occupy us, including table tennis, boules, badminton and a great hot tub, which was very popular with our two teenage girls.
The villa is ideal for visiting the North and East of the island. We had lovely days out in Porto Christo (marina, beach and caves), Cala Millor (beach), Cala R’atjada via Catamaran and Alcudia. The latter having an old town, port and beach, was voted our favourite day of the holiday.
There is a huge choice of restaurants in Cala Millor and Cala Bona which are 10 minutes’ drive from the house. Paul’s (the owner’s) recommendations were spot on, S’Oratge in Cala Bona was so good we dined there twice and Soma in Porto Christo was also enjoyed very much.
Thank You for sharing your home with us at very short notice, we had a lovely relaxing holiday which was just what we needed.

Villa had everything you could need, pool and hot tub was great, lovely views of Cala millor. A short drive to Cala millor, Cala bona or Porto Cristo. we all enjoyed our stay including my 6 year old nephew and 2 year old niece. The especially loved the play area. Absolutely amazing villa.. Russell & Paul made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday. Pool & hot tub were lovely and clean.. . One tip we have is to take plenty of mosquito wipes/Creams with you as they do come out at night and we didn't put it on the 1st night we were there and boy did we know about it !. Amazing
First of all we really like to thank Paul and Russel for the great home they provided us during our holidays. We were there with 6 adults, 1 grandma and a little baby and for all of us it was great. The house delivered everything we needed. We enjoyed a great time at the very clean pool and area around. We had nice barbecue dinners and a relaxing time inside the house. Everything was clean and very lovingly.

Great realxing family vacation at a perfect spot!
We stayed at the house for 9 days in may. We were 2 families (2 adults and 2 kids each).
The house is spectacular. The rooms are quite big and the bathrooms well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could wish for. The outside area is also beautiful. We especially enjoyed the barbecue area and the outside hottub (once the kids were in bed ;-)).
For us it was perfect, because there is plenty of space in all areas and especially the kids had so much fun to discover everything (pool area, playground, sandpit, garden, etc.).
We felt very comfortable so that we did not move around a lot ;-) just were enjoying this wonderful place.
Although the house is situated a bit remote, you reach Cala Millor in about 10 minutes by car, where you find supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and more.
We can recommend the restaurant in Son Carrió next to the church. They have fantastic food, really nice staff, low prices and they do not bother if you come in with 4 little kids (1,2,3 and 4 years old) ;-)

Amazing house!
Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday with friends and we had an amazing time. The house has everything you could possibly want. We traveled with two infants and a two year old and Paul and his wife supplied everything we and the children needed. The hot tub was a particular hit with the adults in the evening. The views are spectacular!
Access to the villa is a little remote, but that is also part of the charm. It's so peaceful and quiet. That said, you are only 10 minutes from Cala Millor and two supermarkets to stock up with supplies.
I don't think it would be possible to rate this villa higher. Thank you Paul and we'll be in contact to book next years trip soon!

Lovely Villa Perfect Stay
We arrived early April with a mixed age range party of 10, to perfect weather and a perfect villa. I got the impression that everything had been recently updated as the outside looked brand new and all of the bathrooms were spotless. Our stay could not have been better and Paul and the team been more helpful. If there is a downside you cant really walk anywhere easily, its a hop in the car and within 10 minutes you can be in the local village or Calla Millor, but the benefit is the peace and tranquility and amazing views you have. All in all a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

A perfect holiday in this Beautiful house!!!
We were amazed by this beautiful and well equiped house. We missed nothing, the rooms were nice with lovely bathrooms and we really enjoyed the big kitchen, dining areas, pool area and of course the fantastic view!!!

Amazing, everything you need, speechless, AGAIN
There is nothing much to say about this house, luxery at it's best, when u come to the backyard you stand there and you will impressed by this view, by the pool, the jacuzzi and eyerthing else, the you enter the house and you will still be impressed.
This house was build with a lots of love and you can see it at every detail. the rooms and bathrooms are amazing, tv, jacuzzi, everything!
And Steve, his family and paul were lovley, you feel very welcome and if you have any questions or you need something they are there!
Kids are so welcome, there is a little playground and many games at the house.
We will come back next year, and again and again. We fell in love with the house and everything around :-)

We realy enjoied our stay at the House.
The house, pool and Garden were realy nice. The view was perfect. You could see the sea. We had some nice BBQ evening. Pool and Whirlpool were perfect for the kids.
All in all a very nice and relaxing stay.

Brilliant Holiday & Fantastic Villa
We stayed at Villa Miramar in April 2013 for 1 week. We were met by Steve who took us to the house and showed us around. We had a welcome pack including a bottle of red wine, a bottle of cava, some bread, cheese, ham etc waiting for us which was brilliant as we arrived on a Sunday. Villa Miramar is situated up in the hills and the view simply takes your breath away. The house is huge and immaculately kept and has everything you could need for a family holiday. We made good use of the hot tub and the tennis table, cooked on the BBQ and our boys enjoyed the X-Box with the games supplied. One of my favourite things was looking out from the top terrace at the amazing views and listening to the goats bells and birds chirping away. The only thing which we were a little unhappy with was the fact that the pool even though heated by solar panels, was still too cold to use in April. The house, the location and everything else made up for this though. A special mention to Steve and Wendy who were absolutely brilliant, going out of their way to help and make sure our stay was faultless. Would be lovely to come back one day to see all the new additions planned by Paul such as the tennis court. Mallorca itself was a revelation to us, never having visited before. What a beautiful island! From the first contact with Paul we knew this was the holiday for us. If you stay at Villa Miramar you will have a great holiday and you can be sure that you will be well looked after.

Spacious well equipped villa
We were victim of phishing at first, when we made e-mailcontact only. When we spoke to the real owner on the telephone - just in time fortunately -, he was very helpfull, and we were able to book the villa after all. We loved the private quiet location, the enormous space and around the house, the jacuzzi and much more. We would certainly like to come back some time.

Perfekt holidays
We had wonderful holidays in this big and very good equiped house. Pool was clean and and big enough for nearly all of us, the pool bar was the best we ever had in a house and was used at our yearly pool-party. The view of Cala Millor and Sa ´Coma is fantastic and we had lovely days with our three familys and kids. We didn`t miss anything. Thank you again!
Wir waren mit insgesamt 3 Familien in diesem tollen und riesigen Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad, Kinderspielzeug, Bälle, Badehandtücher etc. etc. Die Poolbar war das beste, was wir je in einem Haus hatten und wir haben diese bei unserer jährlichen Poolparty wunderbar ausgenutzt. Der Blick über Cala Millor und Sa Coma ist wirklich beeindruckend und schön, da man etwas erhöht auf einem "Berg" wohnt. Super ruhig, nur die Glocken der Schafe sind zu hören und auch sonst sind Vermieter und "Hausmeister" immer ansprechbar. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Danke noch einmal!
